Arby's — Restaurant in Montgomery

The other night my wife and I returned from a trip around 9 PM and because of our connecting flight we had had no chance to eat. As Arby's is one of my favorite places, we decided to stop at the one in East Chase. Upon getting our order of 2 gyro wraps we found the meat in both to be quite skimpy. Since we had eaten gyros a number of times before we knew that this was not right. I complained to the girl at the counter who told me that they could only put 3 oz. of meat on gyros and to their credit they remade both orders which contained fully twice as much meat as before. I don't know if the person who made the wraps was just tired or what, but a customer should not have to complain before an order can be done correctly. If they had refused to redo our order, I would have asked for a refund (What we got was not worth the $14.00 they charged.) and gone to Burger King down the road. The food is good, but I come through the drive through after work to get dinner often and the same headset lady is always rude. I ask for mozzarella sticks, she says some crazy lie like it's gonna take 9 minutes. It never does, she just says it bc she doesn't wanna cook them. Then she audibly sighs through the headset every time. I dont worry too much, bc it's never a 9 minute wait, and the food is fresh. But tonight, the food was ready almost immediately. I was surprised, but when I got home I realized why. The mozzarella sticks were old and nasty, two were fused into each other, one had been flattened. Well I was the only customer there. They told me it would be a few they had to cook the fish for the sandwich. I ordered potato cakes. You would think they would have cooked me fresh ones seeing they were cooking fish and I was having to wait for it. But unfortunately they didn't. I have no idea how long the potato cakes they gave me had been cooked and sitting there, but obviously it may have been some they cooked this morning, possibly the day before.
