For starters I am going to say the main problem is management. There is no way walking into any restaurant the hostess should be completely gone from the front entrance for over tens mins at a time. The hostess is double working as a bus boy and a hostess which is nuts and not sustainable. We waited about twelve mins at the front with a few other groups before hostess even came back and acknowledged us. Come to find out at no fault of her own she was bussing tables. I was very put off at the fact that several waitresses and even management looked at the crowd piling up at the door and didn’t think to come over and say someone will be with you all in a minute. Didn’t happen! The floor is filthy so clearly the hostess shouldn’t be doing two jobs. I’m realizing that it’s just poor management in this area people. Poor processes. The food was awful. Made us sick. I tossed it in the trash wasn’t even worth taking home passing off to anyone we got in the car and immediately felt like we had to vomit. The lemonade was disgusting. It’s literally some premade brand they toss in water nothing like the lemonade we’ve had in other states or even the lemonade we had the last time we went here. We will never go back. The darn black bean burger was like three burgers packed together. They cooked everything fried in dirty cooking oil. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed. The service was impeccable our server was truly a pleasure very sweet kind helpful but poor employees being poorly trained in the restaurant industry. No one had their hair covered to ensure it didn’t get in food. Didn’t see any hand washing. No sense of urgency just careless. The same towels they are wiping tables with they wipe the seats with and don’t change them out just go right back to the front and sit them up there on the same counter where the hostess assigns seats. The entire operation needs a Gordon Ramsey overhaul baby I wouldn’t let my dog eat in there. Like I said the food also made us sick. It was Not fresh. After having waiting so long and starving we took a few bites didn’t want to send it back for the sake of our very sweet waitress. She was young so I’m sure she was just doing what she was taught. You got people coming from out the kitchen handing off food that isn’t the waitress. I remember a time where you couldn’t have your phones out on the floor. It’s really awful in there and I blame managements I’m highly disappointed the manager shares my name because a real Vikki would never but Viki well yeah she clearly would. They need retraining ASAP or like many other popular brands that opening in developing areas this place will be gone with the wind. I see now why so many really good places leave Alabama. So many abandoned businesses in the Montgomery Prattville areas because they do not know how to manage businesses. The entire region needs to hire outside help. Sheeeshhhh I’m sick of it. Getting good people to serve you poor quality things is just so imbalanced. To the GM Tiffany girl get your behind down here NOWW and fix this mess of a restaurant. simply don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning. Wait until it’s under new management, proper food handling, and proper cleaning...
Read moreI'm changing my rating 5 star rating to a 3 star for this place after coming there regularly, it's become a trend that the service is par to subpar. Tonight unfortunately it was abysmal. Walked in 2 hours prior to closing, place was hoping for a Thursday, Viki (i believe was the hostess) she informed that it would be a 35 min wait, i reluctantly chose to wait the time, she entered my name to the wait list for 10 mins, sat outside an waited for nearly 40 mins, with no callback, also watched her sit down 5 other parties while I waited outside; upon entering she asked if we were still waiting to be seated to which I said yea never got a callback. She reluctantly and rudely grabbed the menus and without a word she disapeared to the seating area as if looking for a table, she said no words and just tossed the menus on a table with sheer attitude as if I was inconvniencing her and rolled her eyes as she walked past me. the waitress eventually showed up and asked for drinks, we ordered promptly, and food arrived in decent time, however the plates ordered were mixed up; nothing major but already adding to the poor service. The fries in order were burned well past quality and were inediable, the Tots were crunchy as if they have been sitting under the heating lamp for the past 3 hours. The burgers were otherwise tasty and as expected. The waitresses popped her head in once mid meal, and was never seen again. I had to look around for another person to flag down, but seeminly the watresses were busy gabbing by the order out window. This level of service is what I've come to anticipate. It is unfortunate that the one thing they are consistant on is crap service and good burgers. The ambiance with the music is ALWAYS loud to the point that you have yell above the music and every one else yelling to keep conversation going. Lastly, I left no tip; the waitress as I left immediately checked the ticket after signing and I could see her throwing a tissy over no tip. For a 40 dollar meal I would expect at least par to better service; bad service from hostess to waitress= no tip, and if this place follows suit it cumpolsury tips rather than optional, I will not return back to this place, as it has become the rule for places like Kobe and The Juicy Crab ...
Read moreUpdate, second visit perfect. Accommodating and tasty. Server took care of special dietary needs for us. Refills timely, table service polite and efficient. On first visit I was "Not as impressed as I wanted to be." But this visit rocked on flavor and service. Definitely get a bun. Smokehouse special should come with a disclaimer, come with a LARGE appetite. Before :Burger just okay. The philly cheese was a hit though. The rock was a little loud. The feel was an open garage with a man cave mega bar front and center. The mesh industrial wall surrounding said bar area made me think mad max, but then the rock memorabilia mixed with other signage put you into a zaxbys, crackerbarrel feel. I wouldn't think it was very kid friendly, but there were plenty of booster seats and high chairs in the corner. Various tvs a couple per direction each were on various sports channels. You can build a burger anyway you want it here, with anything not house supplied like the 7ounce Angus burger at $7.45 added up by category on the back of the menu ( specialty cheeses, or onion straws for example). It's the same for a salad. There are like 5 bun choices including gluten free. A chicken, Turkey or even vegan bean burger are options. The lemonade , for fresh squeezed seemed watered down/ not tart enough. I did like the strawberry version. Overall the portion size of both our appetizer and say the fixings on the burger seemed small. Ordering one of their custom burger set ups is more of a value , one coming with 6 pieces of bacon. The Bad Daddy's sauce is good with a heat that almost overpowers but would be great on fries. Adequate parking and outdoor,...
