Thank you for answering your phone. I had called sometime in the early afternoon about a return on a âclearanceâ item. I found an item under clearance but I was runged up full price. Something that was suppose to be 8$ was about 15$($19 without the 30%coupon) Iâve shopped at Michaelâs Ive only made 1 return for my science project when I didnât need the styrofoam pieces.
Thank you for giving me a solution to my issue to try running the receipt first to see if it runs. I ended up calling the original Michaelâs at Prattville to see if theyâll do this solution so I wouldnât have to drive all the way to Montgomery since you guys were willing to help with my return. While as Prattville Michaelâs wouldnât even try to help me other than telling me âyour coupon shouldnât have worked on a clearance itemâ⌠while looking at the receipt that shows the item being FULLY charged price, with the coupon code used right under it đ¤Śđťââď¸

I needed addition help but, not one could really help me, they tried in a small way but they just did not know and they was cold, maybe it's a color thing with some Alabama white people. Two of the workers, one in the sewing dept, African American Mid to Older Age Lady wasn't so customer service oriented, she was a bit rude. Their servers were down however & I was told my products would go on hold & to leave my name & they'll hold it for 24 hrs. I wasn't upset, it's not their faults & the redhead cashier was super nice. I return the next day & a completely different vibe! Different female cashier & a male standing over her shoulder who talked their whole shift seems like. I asked about the things on hold & he non chalantly says over there. The cashier dropped one of my balls of string & said nothing until the lady behind her pointed it out.
