I am choosing to write a review of Montgomery's Jason's Deli because of their EXTRAORDINARY customer service! I am a regular who has been to several different locations over the years, and although I have never been disappointed by other Jason's delicatessens, the Montgomery location is EXCEPTIONAL. And this is why: All employees at Jason's treat their customers as if they are family! Truly. The personnel graciously create a welcoming, dining atmosphere for each patron. Also, let's not forget the food! Jason's offers an assortment that satisfies even the pickiest palate. While I could rave about the variety and quality of food, I willingly admit that the customer service is the reason that I keep returning. In my opinion, the genuine kindness that is extended to each customer is the reason that Montgomery's Jason's takes the cake above all other locations! In an effort to thank each of the employees, I want to recognize them by name. It is my wish that each employee know that his or her service is greatly appreciated and is never taken for granted. So without further adieu, my utmost thanks extends to the following staff members: Melanie G, Emily G-M, Aaron W., Michael C, Jessica M, Alyssa J, Jimmy L, William D, Paula G, Maria S, John T, Antonio E, Jarion M, Alfred Y, Cassandra T, Matthew B, Kaleyah B, Gabbrielle C, Jordan T, Kamia Y, Taniya S, Socorro Z, Andrea S-B, Brian C, Makayla B, Darline G, Beth C, Cavarian B, Ana G, Derrick M, Roman G, Christy A, Jerome B, Maia G, Jerry W, and Ta'kirra S. And lastly, I will never single out just one employee because each and every one are part of a winning team. If I have missed anyone, I am sorely sorry! Thank you, Jason's, for everything you do for me and...
Read moreEaten at Jason’s deli before in Colorado so was excited to see one here when we moved to Montgomery. Confused about how/where to order and nobody was helpful during the process. Nobody even greeted us when we walked in, so we just stood around until someone came over to a register. Several tables had dirty dishes and trash on them. Chose a table and realized how dirty it was when my sleeve stuck to the table. 🤮 Cleaned it off with napkins and water which turned black when we were finished wiping it. Started to really rethink our choice at this point. I ordered the beef eater managers special with a side and soup or salad, and a drink. I didn’t get to choose my side just brought plain chips. The portions were great. The sandwich meat was dry and tough so the au jus came in handy. The broccoli cheese soup was tasty but barely warm and served in a broken bowl. My mom got the Reuben sandwich with chips and a drink. The sandwich was huge and looked great but the sauerkraut was so wet the bread quickly became too soggy to enjoy, and there was no French dressing on the sandwich, pretty standard for a Reuben. The drink station was filthy and I seriously considered not filling my cup. The entire store was dark, dingy, and dirty. The floors were just as sticky and littered with garbage as the tables. We definitely won’t be back. Paid way too much, over $30, for mediocre food in an unacceptable atmosphere. There were plenty of employees and only 3 other tables with customers so not sure why it was so dirty. Very disappointed I was looking forward to trying the salad bar but after seeing how unclean the restaurant was...
Read moreWent in for a salad for the first time. The employee at the register was advised that this was my first time and I asked him the process of getting a salad. He explained that I had to pay then get a plate from the end of the bar. As I got over to the salad bar, I noticed that there was no meat on the bar. I asked the worker if they were going to bring out some meat and she said no, you will have to pay extra for that. I was caught off guard by that answer because the register employee did NOT make mention of that. After purchasing the salad (no meats available) and a sweet tea, my total was $15. Meat was $3 extra. I went back to the register and expressed my disappointment concerning the initial employee’s answer to my question. The new register employee asked me, “So you want to buy some meat or not?” I purchased the meat and tried it. EXTRA SALTY. I paid almost $20 for a salty salad and some horrible tea. I immediately left and vowed to never return again for a salad. Side note, the sandwiches...
