I love Jersey Mike's. This is by far the worst store I've visited. It's the first time I've been to this location, and knowing how goof Jersey Mike's is, I'll try this location one more time. But this visit was just bad. I tied calling in advance, but there was no answer. No worries, maybe Google had the wrong number. So I went inside and saw that there was one customer being helped, one person checking out, and a couple waiting to order. So they weren't busy. There were two ladies making sandwiches and one gentleman in the back doing who knows what. So the couple in front of me has to wait another 8 minutes before they place their order. I have no idea why. About the time they start to order another customer comes in and stands behind me in line. Finally it's my turn to order, but the lady ignores me and tries to help the gentleman behind me. He tells her that I was there first and waiting. Well now I get all sorts of attitude. Nowhere near polite. I place my order (standard order, nothing special, no additions or removals, just as it is on the menu). Twice as she was making my sandwich she had to ask what the sandwich was, as if I had ordered some secret mystery sandwich. It's a #5 lady. A super. Thats it. (Of course I didn't say that) anyhow, for the second time since I walked into the store the phone rang. Noone even acknowledged it. No wonder I didn't get an answer. They don't care. So I paid grumpy for my sandwich and left. I'm not used to this at Jersey Mike's. I'm used to employees that are happy you chose their restaurant as opposed to the multitude of other places you could be taking your money. As I said, I'll give this place one more chance just because I like Jersey Mike's so much. But if the next visit isn't great, I will not be back to this location.

Read moreI USED to go in once per week and order 2 subs totaling $34.32 for the giants. Up until my LAST trip on 12/29/2021 at 1:49 pm. they were excellent, and the 2 of us could eat off them for 2 days. On this date however, the bread was stale and very crumbly, and it appears, the meat was cut thinner than before, and with less of it. I washed of the condiments and fed it cut up over my dogs food. I make and extra effort to tip at the register, in fact I gave the clerk PRIOR the this last trip $40.00 as a Christmas bonus. I will gladly pay for what I receive, as long as I get my money's worth. The people who were there many times before, were no where to be seen, and the clerk kept going to the back to talk with someone several times in the middle of putting my food together. I notice the owner responds to 5 star ratings, and I expect them to respond to this one, so they can offer me a refund. C. McGuire Maj. U.S.A.F (Ret.) Read moreThe sandwiches are usually great, but the in-person service usually isn’t so great (we usually have our sandwiches delivered). For example, right now, I’ve been sitting outside for over 30 minutes waiting for a curbside order that was supposed to be ready at 1:31 pm. I’ve called to ask if there are specifics parking spots they’d like me to use, but I’m not getting an answer. I don’t see specific parking spots for curbside so I’m just sitting out front waiting, and waiting, and waiting. I’ve tapped the “I’m here” button twice, but I’m still waiting, and waiting.

I visited this location recently and I have NO IDEA who the manager is now, but Jersey Mike's ....... Thank you! I visited around noon during The Day of Giving event (Wednesday, March 26, 2025) and the service and atmosphere were amazing! I visited around noonish. The gentlemen and the one young lady in the store were pleasant, kind, busy, attentive, and accurate (it was like winning the lottery of customer service). This is what I like to see when I enter a business. Everyone appeared to be happy, in good spirit, inviting, willing and ready to serve. Major Kudos to the staff that worked the lunch rush hour during The Day of Giving. You deserved this review!...
