This McDonald's needs to hire some new and professional employees. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything close to how some of these workers treated me.. Visiting Alabama for a quick trip for my graduation and i stop for breakfast for my two children on the road back to our home state. It was roughly 7:30 am on 5/14/22, I proceeded with my breakfast order and asked for pancakes. He asked me if I wanted the meal, I said no just the pancakes. I pull up waiting for my food and I receive everything but the pancakes. The lady that gave me the food asked me if I was waiting on something. I said, "yes ma'am the pancakes". She asked to see my receipt and I gave it to her. The pancakes were not on my receipt. I thought to myself, an easy mistake on their end and proceeded to ask her to ring me up for some pancakes please. She told me that I needed to go get back in line to order them again or come inside. I told her that I did not have time to get back in line or come inside (i had a 14 hour drive ahead of me) and continued to ask if she could just ring me up at the register right in front of her. She proceeded to ring me up after asking another associate. Doing so, she continued to run her mouth talking about me right in front of me. Another worker came up next to the window and proceeded to engage in the conversation about me. This is beyond disrespectful and very unprofessional. If my children weren't so hungry I would have just left the pancakes but I was willing to pay for them after they made the mistake of not ringing them up. Also, to sit there and listen to them talk about me right in front of me is very disrespectful. I know great customer service and this surely is not it! Additionally, my children most definitely did not need to hear everything they were saying about me all because i didnt want to get back in there long line or get out of the car to come inside. Read moreStore #29217. I visited this location yesterday evening, at 8:41pm; utilizing the drive thru. Considering there is an automated greeting that welcomes drive thru customers, the drive thru attendant provided horrible customer service, KS# 13.
She confirm my order, without greeting me, and said “pull around.” No pleasantries, No thank you or an acknowledgement. No eye contact. Now, I know that I purchased items off the value menu; however, this McDonald’s drive thru customer service has ALWAYS BEEN BAD!!! It doesn’t matter if I ordered a cup of iced water, GOOD customer service should be a given. You can complete ALL THE UPGRADES to the store you want, BUT, if you cannot get the basics of general customer service down, this its a wrap for me! It’s like putting lipstick on a pig...it’s still a pig at the end of the day. I hope a serious change occurs that allows customers to feel valued while spending their hard earned money, considering there are so many other fast food options Montgomery provides.

Read moreMe and my husband have been to this McDonald's multiple times, unfortunately because its a last resort because of the hours we work. Out of the 10 times we've been there only the lunch visits have been worth 3 stars, only because there have been a couple of nice window drive thru operators. And the food not bad, those times. Now as for the other times, its all about the service and attitude!!! Ive never been looked at with a deathglare so severe. Even when I was trying to be nice and talk to the servers. The drive thru was slammed in our face as we waited for cold food that wasn't even everything we ordered. Tea tasted like the urns haven't been cleaned with anything but water for months. The fries were cold as can be and had obviously been out for a long time. We've been told multiple times that the ice cream machine, frappe maker, milkshake machine all broken or down for cleaning apparently hours before they close.
Never once have I seen a shred of evidence that a manager is there or even cares. I know you're a multimillion dollar restaurant but you've got to be disappointed with a 2.2...
