Worst service ever. My husband, son, and myself went here 2 hours before we were going to go see a movie. Plenty of time to eat and make it to our movie, right? Wrong!! So wrong. We came in and were seated. It took our waitress 20 min to come to our table and when she finally did she didnt take our drink orders or anything. She was looking for something she had lost. She ran around trying to find it the whole time. Finally 10 min after that she takes our drink order. 30 min just to ask us what we wanted to drink. It took her 20 min to finally bring it to us. We were so mad we got up and left. I have never done that before but that was ridiculous. Not only were we ignored and had to wait almost an hour for a flipping drink but the waitresses and waiters were dressed poorly and were so rude. The food was outrageously over priced as well. If i am going to pay 25$ for an appetizer alone you would think the staff would dress better and be more attentive to their customers. But this place was just all around a horrible experience. The truth is i give every resturant the benefit of the doubt. Like if i have a bad first experience i will give them a second chance. But this place left the worst first experience i honestly cant even imagine trying to give them another chance. One other thing, i understand paying a lot of money for great food. But i never even got to try any of the food. This place needs to train their help better and needs to have a better dress code before charging so much for food in the first place. No one wants to see their waiter in torn jeans and a button up with like five button unbuttoned on his chest. All so he can show off his chest full of acne and hair. Gross...just gross. Our waitress was an older lady dressed in a dengy white polo, tight faded torn jeans, with a torn up almost broken black gemed belt that didn't even keep her jeans up. Read moreMy husband and I patronized this establishment 1\12 and was very disappointed. No one was at the door to greet us. When we attempted to seat ourselves we were greeted by a very friendly man who sat us in a nice booth. Little did we know that was the last note of customer service we would experience for the entire "meal". Once our server finally came to our table her quick once over of us was apparent when she saw his gift certificate and then proceeded to give us sub par service and offered the excuse that she was busy with a party downstairs basically letting us know we didn't rate her time. To drive her point home after we finally received our entree, which she also let us know was not even prepared yet due to the party downstairs we rated second too, she never came back! We had to ask other servers for more drinks, extra napkins and just general acknowledge of our existence. At the end, she finally came back after the last server we asked for to go boxes and the check called us the black top at 25 a little too loud for our comfort. What exactly is a black top? We only came because of a thoughtful Christmas gift certificate. Read moreService last few times has definitely been off, tonight was just horrible. If we could have just left we would have. We are regular customers, but will be a while before we eat here again. Came in tonight for dinner at 6. Got seated, order drinks and appetizer. About 20 minutes later the drinks came, we order out meal. About 45 minutes go by and we finally saw our waitress and asked about the appetizer. Well she forgot, ok so we politely saw that’s ok. We get out meal after waiting over an hour for it. The food was all wrong, we just ate it and moved on. We asked multiple times about paying, she would finally come back around and saw I’ll be back with the register to pay. We litterly waited over 40 minutes to just pay. We were exhausted and frustrated and just wanted to get out of that booth. Maybe it was just a bad night for everyone, we could see customers all around that were very frustrated. One couple said it was their 50th anniversary and they even got up and left.
