So I decided to go to Wendy's before taking my sister to work thinking we would have enough time to order and get our food before she had to go in but it didn't happen that way I pulled up to the drive through and had to wait about 8 minutes until i was able to order because i noticed that two employees were outside smoking with their headsets on i was the third person in line waiting. So finally they finish their smoke break and start taking orders. I clearly stated that I wanted 2 egg and cheese biscuits a peppermint frosty and a number 4) honey butter chicken biscuit meal with a lemonade. And after I added another egg and cheese biscuit so the lady named shiquitta repeated what I said and I verified it and told me to pull around without giving me the total of the order. I wait another 7 minutes until I get to the window once I get there the lady has an attitude and tells me the total so I pay her then she tells me to pull around to the side door because my order wasn't ready. Then about 15 minutes later a guy comes out and brings me the order they didn't bring me the frosty and the extra egg and cheese biscuit was missing plus the other two biscuits had bacon on them which i didn't even order because my family doesn't eat pork! So i waited until the guy came back outside and let him know what was wrong with the order then he confirms and says hes got it covered but i would have to wait 10 more minutes until the order would be ready which would have made my sister late for work. So i told him i had to take my sister to work down the street which took about 3 minutes and i came back for the order. I get there and a lady brings out the peppermint frosty and not the biscuits so then she tells me they're out of biscuits!! I let her know what happened with the first order and told her that I needed 3 with egg and cheese only no bacon and she agreed to make them with croissant bread. Then the guy comes back out and tells me once again it's going to take 10 minutes for them to make.. at this point I was getting irritated but I was still calm. He brings me the bag after the 10 min and asks me to make sure it's right this time so I did and there was still a sandwich missing then he goes back in to talk to the person who made the food and comes back out a few minutes later an hands me the receipt that I didn't get in the first place in order to verify with my own eyes that everything I ordered was on there. He says they cant make the third sandwich because it's not on the receipt!!! I said okay and he said if it was up to me I would have made it. Then as I'm pulling off another manager comes out behind him with a bag and he called me thinking it was my other sandwich but the lady said "this ain't for them" with the worst look possible on her face. Read moreHi, back again. The last time I reviewed this restaurant I said how they didnt greet the customer coming or leaving. They would just say the total, pass the food then close the window. Well this time I went back there and ordered the chili. I LOVE wendys chili. This was the first chili I ever purchased from a restaurant. What ai dont love is the huge chunks of hamburger patties that arw broken up in the chili. They are tasteless and dont add flavor to the chili. I wish they offered a no beef version thats made competly the same as the original just without the beef. I like beef but I dont like a huge pattie but into 4's and stuff into my chili cup. When I take the beef put, i only have 1/2 cut of chili. One time i went there and the entire cup was full of nothing but beef. I really hated that. Another great thing is the chili seasoning. It adds ALL the flavor you need with its blend of spices. I wish wendys sold a no beef version thats exactly the same, and I wish their cashiers greeted you. This particular day I went, I asked for 2 large chilis with extra seasoning and crackers. Instead i got no seasoning and crackers. I apologized to the cashier for bothering her, then asked for the seasoning. Sh acted like I HAD CURSED HER OUT AND SLAPPED HER PUPPY. She just stood there with a frown and stared. The manager walked up and I told her what happened. She apologized for not giving me any seasoning and crackers. That cashier was so rude to me. Read moreAbsolutely horrid service today and their customer service is disgraceful and extremely disrespectful. I simply ordered ranch with my meal. Got to the window, checked my bag, no ranch. I asked for ranch and was told it would be $0.35. I replied with I had already ordered it with my meal and then the older black gentleman replied with “No you didn’t.” I said okay well can I have some please? I pulled out $.70 in my hand for two and he stood in the window staring at me and avoiding me as I kept asking him. HE WAS LITERALLY STANDING THERE AVOIDING ME. I was like are you kidding me and then he yells for his black female coworker to come to the window and just stood there looking at me with his arms crossed. My jaw is dropped. She came over and said “What’s wrong with her?” I said I have no idea but your coworker is literally refusing to give me TWO RANCHES THAT I HAD MONEY IN HAND FOR!!!
