Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Monticello

Well i called in an order for pick up a couple of hours ahead of time. The young lady was super rude on the phone. When it came time to pick it up, the pizza was wrong which has never been a big deal, i asked if they could remake it, and the young lady (whom was the same young lady on the phone) rolled her eyes and said well its your fault because you ordered online, and must have put in the wrong thing. I said " well actually i called in, and actually you were the gal that took my order" she printed the receipt which said in big bold letters CALL IN ORDER. She says oh ua i remember, hands the ticket off and walks into a back room. Meanwhile i noticed i had not gotten my credit card back. I asked a gentleman worker if he could ask the girl if she had it. Sure enough she had it in her apron!!!! What she was doing with it in the backroom i do not know. Long story longer 15 min later i get my pizza which had a huge hole in it, which i found when i got home, never got an apology or thanks for stopping. 6/14/23 - So Disappointed! 7:55pm called to order pizza, they said no they close at 8:00, told them we live 3 mins away & could be there by 8:00pm. Was told I could come pick up one of the left overs they had. I declined, my whole point is, if you list your hours of open operation as 6pm, you should honor that & service the folks whom arrive or call to order up until 6pm. Remember they ARE paying you for the service. If not, then change your open hours to 7:45p - the real time you quit servicing folks! Nothing worse than banking on a place to eat, planning on calling or arriving by close time, only to find out they are open, yes. But they are no longer taking orders from paying customers.

TACO PIZZA BACK FOR LIMITED TIME! I found a coupon online for $5 off $20, so placed on online order for pickup. Came to $15 for Family Sized Taco Pizza. I was able to order my pizza online with the option to pay with an an EBT card upon picking up the pizza, this option is a game changer for those of use using the EBT, bc now we can utilize the online promo codes for discounts you cannot get otherwise. - Thanks...

Papa Murphy's pizza is pretty good for its value. They have most of the traditional toppings and I think with having a thin crust, gives you better options throughout. It stores well in the fridge and bakes up good without any doughy spots. I do wish that they had additional toppings, but the ones they have will do. At this location, the staff was mediocre, they produced the order, but I would appreciate less eye rolling as a patron. Overall the food is good,...
