I was researching a specific basaltic vinegar that I had been gifted and knew that it was from Vermont. I came across the North Branch Café, and called them to see if they could ship to me some of the incredible basaltic vinegar. I spoke with Lauren Parker (maybe the owner or manager of the North Branch??) and she said certainly, that she would call me back for my credit card information. Thanking that it was 50-50 on getting a callback, I was surprised when she did give me a call. She had looked to see where they sold this special balsamic vinegar, and it turned out that a vineyard near me sold it. She recommended that I go there and save the cost of shipping as well as support a local business. And I almost forgot, we tried and loved these little green matcha-coconut baby cupcake things--they are not too sweet; just perfect for a bit of energy anytime of the day. We live in Virginia, but wish we lived in Vermont so we could come here...

Unless you are desperate for a vegan option it is not worth the cost or...
