Let's break down the reason for 3 stars. Cleanliness spot on for the amount of traffic they were having (great job). Staff were all AMAZING! They were super friendly and hardworking. Overall appearance of cookies. Well they looked exactly like the website one's do. They are thick, soft, gooey, colorful. Taste was where y'all lost me. I was expecting an explosion of flavors. I mean pink velvet (top left) tastes like a sugar cookie with heavy whipping cream on it. Mom's (top middle) recipe needs some cinnamon because the different ingredients fall flat and bland. Iced sugar (top right) just sugar, like way too much sugar with the icing. Lemon (bottom left) was only hinted lemon in the icing glaze, really was hoping for lemon in the whole cookie. Chocolate cake (bottom middle) tasted like a box cake from the grocery store. Chocolate chip (bottom right) it was gooey and still warm, it was good and might have been even better with a little seasalt added in. Hot chocolate ice cream was GREAT (not pictured) it has gooey marshmallow cream on top with chocolate chunks. I think overall it was okay but will probably not be spending that amount of money at one time again. Be prepared to stand in line to wait to pickup an order or buy a cookie right now in Moore because it took me 35 minutes to get my order I placed the night before but they probably box as you order for freshness.

This is a cool place. My mom and I got a couple of cookies for my birthday. They come as a single or in multiples of two. The crew is making those cookies and packing them in boxes. It's all very clean and fancy. If you're going to spend several dollars on one cookie, the question is... "Is it worth it?" The answer is... "Yes!" I got two cookies but could only finish one. What I got was the peanut butter chocolate chip and it was the best I've ever had. Period. And one is a lot to eat, all on its own. Mom had the German chocolate and she loved it. This would be a cool place to get a good gift. The come in a box. Also, you should know that there are a couple of displays at the counter for you to make your order and pay. Just go over there and take care of it on your own. Easy as can be.

Ordered ice cream or as they call it: "cream". Here's what I got verses what they advertised I was buying. Crumbl had to go out of their way to provide false advertising. And it's not like I saw this on TV or a billboard. I was literally in the store ordering one thing on a kiosk and then turn around and presented with something totally different (in regards to quantity and presentation). You would literally have to buy two of their ice creams to make up one sample of what they are advertising. Service and taste were OK but on on principle that Cumbl uses "white lie advertising", not going back

I just had the most incredible experience at Crumbl Cookies, and I'm still reeling from the amazing service and treats I received. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the entire store was. The floors were spotless, the counters were gleaming, and the display cases were immaculate.

But what really caught my attention was the friendly greeting I received from the staff. They were all smiling and welcoming, and they seemed genuinely happy to have me in the store. One employee in particular stood out - a tall blonde young man with a warm and infectious smile.

He helped me navigate the menu and made some fantastic recommendations. His knowledge of the cookies was impressive, and he clearly had a passion for the products he was selling. I ended up trying a few different flavors, and each one was more delicious than the last.

The cookies themselves were truly exceptional. They were fresh out of the oven, warm and gooey, and absolutely packed with flavor. I tried the chocolate chip, the peanut butter cup, and the strawberry shortcake, and each one was a masterpiece.

But what really put Crumbl Cookies over the top was the exceptional service I received. The tall blonde employee went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and he even gave my youngest son a free sample!

I was blown away by his kindness and generosity, and it really made my day. I've never had such a positive experience at a bakery or cookie shop before, and I'm so grateful to have discovered Crumbl Cookies.

If you're a fan of cookies (and who isn't?!), you owe it to yourself to check out Crumbl Cookies. The combination of delicious treats and exceptional service is a winning formula, and I know I'll be back again and again.

In fact, I'm already planning my next visit. I want to try more of the flavors and see what other seasonal treats they have in store. And I'm hoping to see the tall blonde employee again - he truly made my experience special.

Overall, I'm giving Crumbl Cookies a well-deserved 5 stars. They've earned a loyal customer in me, and I know I'll be raving about them to friends and family for a long time to come.

So if you're looking for a sweet treat and a warm welcome, look no further than Crumbl Cookies. You won't be...

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dessert place. There were a few orders in the store that I saw before I left, and every single person was disappointed. The woman right in front of me ordered 8 cookies. Once she was handed them and saw them, she showed everyone inside and she said verbatim "wow are y'all seeing this too? I'll never be back here I'm just so disappointed." Her cookies looked horrible. The store wasn't busy at all even though it opened less than a week ago (most new stores who open around here have lines out the door everyday for weeks after opening), so there was no reason at all for the cookies to all be cold, hard, and ugly. This was my first experience at a Crumbl, and I brought my sister who is from Witchita, KS with me. She had been talking about how good the cookies were at Crumbl and how they're warm, so pretty, and crumbly melt in your mouth the cookies were. That is the exact opposite of what I experienced. The wait time was fine and the staff was nice, but the quality of the cookie I got is enough to make me never want to go back there. Maybe it was just a bad day or something, but every person in the store when I was there left disappointed. My cookie was room temperature, hard, and looked absolutely nothing like the cookies on display in the front. After I saw how upset the woman in front of me was, I just got chocolate chip thinking "maybe cookies are just too much, surely no one can mess up a plain chocolate chip cookie". How incredibly wrong was I. The chocolate chip cookies at Walmart and McDonald's are significantly better than the one I got today, and MUCH cheaper. If I'm paying almost $4 for one cookie I would expect it to be at least close to worth it. The one I had today wouldn't even...

The rating is for the experience overall which was absolutely horrendous. We waited 1 hour and 26 minutes for the duration of waiting in line, ordering, and receiving our order. Absolutely no idea who the manager was because it was a group of 16-year-olds with no direction. It’s nothing against the workers, but everything to do with the lack of management, communication, and direction amongst the staff. There were workers multiplying orders that have been taken out already, 6 boxes of cookies laying on their countertop with no place to go due to duplication/mid placement/customers that just left due to the wait time. There were about 5 employees making dough balls, 1 icing the cookies, and 1 running the register. Just a tip from someone that has worked retail/sales for over a decade, one of the #1 rules is to not even think about picking up that phone when you have customers in store that have been waiting over an hour to be served, but no, she was answering phone calls back-to-back while no one at one point was doing any orders whatsoever. Over the hour there, I saw the same worker put the phone up to her with gloves on, put her finger in her ear (so she could hear the people on the phone), touch the register, and touch the order screen — not once did any employee change their gloves. The same worker was the one who ended up putting our order together (YUCK). The experience was so horrendous, I don’t care if these cookies had a brick of gold in them or were made by the Lord himself, I will not...
