Panera Bread — Restaurant in Moore

Omfg where do we start first that staff is horrible rude and not trained very well it took us 12 min in line to try to order them we decided to use the kiosk to order there was only 3 ppl in line was very frustrating so then we waited for another almost 15 min to get our food I tried the new chicken bacon ranch there was like 2 pieces of tiny chicken no bacon no ranch all bread looked nothing like the picture there advertising so we had it remade to come out the same almost it tased horrible while my sandwich just sat on the counter no manager brought it out or said anything to us zero customer service my wife’s onion soup was nasty the cheese was rotten because my daughter had the same without cheese and it tasted ok this is not a good start to a brand new location we were so happy to get a Panera in moore but will never be back to this garbage location with a trash manager and staff it will end up not being very busy ever will continue to go to the location all the way in Okc on south peen that location is amazing just a heads up warning don’t go here it’s terrible and they could care less about customer service after we spent over 50 bucks on...

Why did they change something on these shortbread with icing cookies. They come frozen and waxy type taste. They should of just left those cookies alone. No wonder why I can get those cookies anytime because they change they made they do not sell out before 12pm like they normally do. I ordered a loaf of sourdough sliced thin and 6 bagels sliced and a 3pk of macaroons for pickup. I ordered earlier before 5pm so they wouldn’t be totally out of everything and I could pick it up a little later after the rush. I got there around 8pm and the girl said it took me awhile to find your order because its been sitting for so long! You ordered it at 5pm! I felt like I was being scolded. I didn't know I had a time I needed to be there by, I already paid online. I got home and was putting things away and thought my bread looked different, well they sliced it thin like usual but then then sliced it down the middle also?? What the heck? Why would they do that? I've never seen that? Now I had a useless loaf of $10 bread. I couldn’t put it in the toaster, couldn't make grilled cheeses. To top it off none of the bagels were even sliced. Crazy....
