I have been coming to this Starbucks at least twice a week for the 2 years I have lived in Moore. Yes, I know I have a coffee problem I am working through ! NORMALLY, I receive pleasant service. I usually place a mobile order, pop in and pop out and I am on my way. I recently was gifted the $65 tumbler that allows for a free coffee/tea in the month of January. Could you imagine how excited I was being the coffee addict I am. The first day (1/3/23) I order my iced coffee in the drive thru (this is important) and a water with strawberries for my ONE year old. I get to the window they hand me my coffee with no problem and then proceed to tell me the water with strawberries would be $5.45. You’re probably as confused as I was reading this, I asked the barista why when it was free a week before when I ordered my $7 Matcha tea latte. He proceeded to tell me that he had to charge for a custom tea because I added strawberries to water. If this isn’t price gauging in the middle of inflation and the start of the recession I don’t know what is. I let the barista know I didn’t need the water. The next day (1/4/23) I order my iced coffee in the drive thru (this is important) and a tall iced water. Received both drinks with no issue and went home and added my own strawberries to my daughters water because again why is Starbucks charging $5 for a cup of water and strawberries. Today (1/5/23) I go to Starbucks to get my free drink, wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes to be told when I got to the window that I could not redeem my free drink in the drive thru and I would have to come inside. Interesting given I have gotten my drink just fine in the drive thru the previous days. I go insides speak with the assistant manger Cat and ask her for the policy in writing (dated June 2022). To my surprise it takes her about 10 minutes to find it and she explains that it’s a hazard if they employees hand back a cup with no lid in the drive through. Which I found even more interest since 1. My drinks have all been iced and 2. The barista inside the store had no issue handing me my drink without a lid inside the store. It’s sad that I am starting to feel like they are doing everything in their power to steer me away from getting my free beverages as if my fiancé hadn’t invested $65 into a tumbler because he accepts my love for coffee! Read moreNEW EDIT JUNE 2024 : I usually have been going here every day, but the quality of my Venti caramel Frappuccino has literally gone down the drain for months now… I usually get my drink and there’s so much ice in it and little coffee. It was barely anything to drink so I would go home and add some sugar to pretend that there was some caramel syrup in it… But it got to the point that now they just put, a little milk in it it seems an ice and that’s it and caramel Frappuccino should be a light brown, but my drink is now white every time I get it… And it makes absolutely no sense… And I have gone back in and asked them to please remake it because it’s missing some of the things that should have in it and they remake it the same way maybe a little bit less ice and that’s it… Absolutely unacceptable for paying almost 7 dollars for a drink and I went to the Starbucks in Norman yesterday and it made me realize how good caramel Frappuccino used to be, and I think the woman there for making it so amazing and told her what a bad experience I’ve been having at the Moore Location off 19th St. now… Which is completely unfortunate because I like some of the workers there

Read moreDrive through worker made a big deal about me coming through the drive through for my pickup order because I clicked in store pick up by mistake. I hurt my ankle and didn’t want to hobble into the store but when I came through the girl working asked if I clicked it for drive through or in store and I said I’m pretty sure I clicked drive through then very dramatically she’s like “ok well let me go see if I can find it” like girl you don’t have to make it that known how inconvenienced you are by a small mistake. And tbh if I had to guess it’s probably on the counter where the in store pick up drinks are. Like if I had to think real hard and make my best guess that’s probably where I’d look first but that’s just me. She was very rude and condescending about the whole thing and told me next time I have to come in the store and I can’t get it through the drive through. Well no worries there because I definitely won’t be returning to this location again and I’ll probably just stick with Dunkin from now on. They need to just close this store back down.
