I just order delivery like always 2 pizzas ,plus the 2 litters soda, at 3:05 pm ,for my daughter and grandkids, delivery timing within 35 to 45 minutes ,call back my daughter around 5,to ask if she needs anything else and if the pizza was ok,, no pizza show ,call Dominos and they said ,was a misunderstanding in delivery ,the guy in phone said the manager offer to return the money or make a new delivery ,ok make new delivery I choose, my daughter call me back asking for the pizza at 6:50 pm, them before going home I stop at Dominos ,I inquire about the pizza deliver service ,in the guy in the counter said is on the way right now to deliver ,I ask to cancel and call my daughter, she said was ok if was on the way, but them I found out the very same guy behind the counter was responsible to deliver the pizza, and I told him , well give me the pizza and he took it from the front of his car, and give it to me, I ask him if that pizza has been there since 3 0clock and he said that was a new pizza they make ,well ,I kind let it go and feel warm to the touch ,I finish taking the pizza and the soda home ,but while I was there the manager knew what going on and did not care or come to talk to me ,cero, nada, who care ?customer service 0, I though the manager is to take a stand and make himself responsible for their employees mishap , but unfortunately this new generation lack of it , I never ever have a Issue from this Dominos and always delivery on time ,but notice new young employes there ,unfortunately it take one bad experience in the food service experience to no go back anymore, and I just found out the star rating is 3.6, well , and by the way ,I give them 25% of gratuity today include, and usually give 20 % and minimum of 15% increase it in the amount I order always what they request as a tip..... And I just 3.6 miles from them...Oh well .....hopefully will get better in the future,...
Read moreI placed an order online for the same this I get all the time . When the order arrived it was wrong ... I ordered a pasta with light Marinara and cheese and got a pasta with alfredo sauce and marina with cheese ... I called the store and let them know the order was incorrect .Andrew the manger on duty started off by saying that he thought it was a little weird when he saw the order but that it was my fault I choose the wrong pasta and that he would not be replacing it because he could not resell the pasta. I explained to him that the website must of had an error that I always order the same thing.. I also asked him if he noticed it was a weird request why he didn't contact the customer.He then stated and I quote "I've seen weirder things". In the beginning of the conversation he stated that he thought it was a weird request. Andrew then went on to saying "I can send you another one but you got pay ". I understand mistakes are made but to just dismiss the customer and treat them like crap is not necessary.I have been a store manager for 10 years and understand the expectation of customer service and taking care of our guests... Especially the customer that consistently order from their location . There was no attempt at provide service to the customer. This is the worst experience I've ever had with dominos and they will be losing a customer for a $5 pasta... I am currently 7 months pregnant and should not have to deal with this stress for a simple order at dominos is just upsetting. As for Andrew I hope he will continue to grow and really be trained on how to handle customer issues and provide customer service, whether it's for a dominos or an expensive restaurant chain the understanding of how to treat your customer is the same ... Very sad to see an inexperienced manager is representing your company ... This location will continue to push away all customer and degrade the...
Read moreI placed an online order at 4:35pm. Got a text that the driver was on the way at about 4:46pm. At 5pm, the Tracker said my delivery was "complete". Still, i waited for the driver, since in fine print it states " The delivery driver may not have GPS". At 5:15pm, I texted back asking if the pizza was still coming, as we are 5 miles away. I was prompted to call the store. So I did. 1st call, I waited on hold for 8 minutes. No one ever picked back up. Called back, put on hold for 6 minutes, a man answered and when I asked about my order, he asked my address, then repeated it back to me and said the driver is almost here. Nope, he never showed up. So, I go online to find a way to get help, or my money back. I am prompted to call the store. Again. So I do. And I was shocked at how long I waited on hold, how no one ever picked it back up, unless it was to replace me back on hold WITHOUT saying a word. No driver ever showed, no call went thru, and the online concerns were be handled by bots. I called my bank's 24/7 Customer service to stop payment, which could not be done until it had "posted". Luckily, this morning, I saw in my online account that the $37 payment Domino's had taken last nite was no longer there. Thank God! But only because instead of eating dinner, I spent 3.5 hours either on hold or searching for online ways to get my order,...
