DO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER’S SATISFACTION!!! We ordered to go. The order was wrong. All three entrees were made wrong. When I called to let them know the manager said bring it back and they would fix it. (This was after the waitress who answered the phone read the original order back to me and verified that they made mistakes then gave the phone to her manager)They only fixed one new plate and scraped things out of the other plates or added an item. When we got home the second time over half of the order was ice cold. When I called to ask why they did this he said the other food was fine. There was nothing wrong with it they just took out the vegetables and added carrots! I asked why he would expect us to eat half of our dinner ice cold when they messed up the order to start with. He replied that they made our order correct and that we had ordered it the wrong way. I told him the lady had read the ticket back to me and he said “no she didn’t”. We threw away the cold food obviously! I hope the value of the food that they were to cheap or uncaring to remake hot for us so that we could have a decent supper is worth our 5-7 lunches and dinners a month of regular business! We will not eat at any of their area restaurants ever again! I will also be letting my family and friends all know how we were treated! Very saddened by the...
Read moreLet me be thorough. We did not like this place. At all. I will be fair, but firm. You get a decent quantity of food for the price, however, the quality of the food isn't great. The service wasn't great either. He didnt check on us during the whole hour we were there, and also didn't split the check as we asked. The only reason we wanted the check split is because we had cards only, no cash, except for the tip. All of us (4) ordered combination meals that ranged between $11.99 and $13.99. The beverage we all got was soda/sweet ice tea that were each $1.89. The udon noodles were mushy. The steamed dumpings cost 4 dollars and you got 6 of them which were the size of a cheese-ball. We had food hanging off the plate when they brought it to the table and there was sauce on the bottom of our plates. Oh. And please don't try the Miso Soup. Tastes like old seaweed. Though they had good Tofu. They kept bringing refills of drinks over when we didn't ask for it and then charged us $1.89 per cup. There were 7 charges for drinks. 14 dollars basically for the drinks when you factor in tax.
The only good thing about this place is the teriyaki sauce they offer there and the steak was tender and not dry. Also their scallops weren't terrible for my first time trying them. 10/10...
Read moreThey have been under new ownership for about a year now so please ignore reviews that are older than mid 2016. Prior owners were Vietnamese also but they did not do any Vietnamese dishes. New owners offer Pho, banh mi, and summer rolls. It's about the best Vietnamese you're going to find in LKN area. I'm Vietnamese and it of course doesn't hold a candle to my Mom's cooking or to the Vietnamese areas of Charlotte...but if you live in Mooresville, it's your best bet. The summer rolls are decent. They use pickled carrots which isn't typical but it's ok. The banh mi is in the long, thin baguette rolls not the shorter, thicker rolls and it's pretty spot on. A little bit too long in the oven for my tastes but still good and pretty authentic. Their pho broth is pretty good. Not quite as fragrant as a real Vietnamese pho restaurant but the flavors are there. You can't get the good proteins like tripe or tendon but besides that it's pretty traditional. My wife and kids like their Japanese hibachi. It's typical fast Japanese food. I actually like their noodles quite a bit better than Chinese lo me in that is available in...
