Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Mooresville

Listen few things are true that I know jets is the best pizza in town, pizza is also my favorite food. Nothing can change your day like a good meal after a long day. Today I had one of those long days. my family decided for Veterans Day to order JETs. was pretty upset when our order did not meet expectations, I promptly went back to let them know what I thought. when I arrived at the store I was already to take my day out on these people let them know how they had ruined my night......I was greeted by a super disarming smiling face who asked what the problem was, I couldn't even be mad I explained in a semi frustrated manner my issue. She looked at the pizza I brought back then just told me to hold tight and shed make whatever I wanted. she made me feel like I was heard and understood and she was super empathetic. When I say I went in there with the intention to never return I left with a hot pizza and the realization that I would never be going anywhere else for a pizza and changed the trajectory of my actual evening. This Employees name was Cheyenne (I hope im spelling that right). if It had not been for this absolute rockstar id never be coming back. You have no idea how that simple interaction changed my mood. and the pizza you made....I mean come on...

This restaurant is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. First, we paid 65$ for a pizza order that arrived well after the promised delivery time and was cold. When I called, they said they gave the wrong address to the delivery driver, but did not relay this information to the driver. I called to complain and was given two options: 1. A 15% discount on our order or 2. We have a new order sent to us. We chose option 2, as our pizza was not good cold. She said, "give me 20 minutes for the driver to get back, then we'll get it out to you". I was satisfied with this option. Well, over another hour comes and goes with no pizza. When I called, they said the pizza is ready and can be picked up. We questioned why we would come pick up a pizza we had delivered the first time. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and said she's going to void the order (the second one, not the first one we paid for). So, to conclude, we paid 65 for COLD pizza that arrived well after the promised time. The person who we spoke to was rude and quite disrespectful. I will not be ordering from them again, and I recommend going...

I ordered a pizza with hamburger on it but it wasn’t on the pizza. Unfortunately the driver had just left before I could tell him and show him but I called as soon as I opened the box and was told the hamburger was probably under the toppings. I checked and there wasn’t any. The manager offered 15% off the next purchase. I wasn’t satisfied with that because I may not order again from them. Then I was told they could apply 15% off my purchase from tonight. Once I tasted the pizza I realized there also wasn’t garlic flavor out on the crust. I pre-tipped which I normally don’t do but because of my previous experiences I felt I could do so without issues. The order took over a hour to get here. Just beware. Jet’s isn’t cheap and I understand they are probably busy and don’t want to make a whole new pizza but I want what I paid for. Check food before...
