The manager “Dina” has terrible customer service! I went there this morning and she yelled at me in a aggressive manner while I was placing my order. When I got to the payment window I asked who was taking the orders because they were very rude, I also asked to speak to the manager. The associate at the window “Chris” advised the managers name is “ Dina” and she is who is currently taking orders. I asked who is her manager and said well that’s unfortunate that the manager is speaking in a aggressive manner to customers when she should be setting the example at that establishment. I explained how I was treated and he advised to contact a “Sam”
The way Dina was treating customers this morning was terrible! She spoke to me in a aggressive manner and was very impatient. I felt like I was arguing with her on what I wanted to order she kept raising her voice and Over talking me while I was placing my order with questions I had answered if she wasn’t yelling over me then she would’ve have heard what I was saying. Apparently this is a “normal” for her attitude because the representative “yes I know, I apologize” it was 6:44am on 3/15/2021 when I was treated with the utmost disrespect from a manager at this establishment. She should not be allowed to speak and treat customer that way! So many other establishments like chick-fil-a who make sure they provide the utmost top tier customer service and the managers on site to handle and manage them accordingly. This mc donalds location was not managed by the manager nor was the appointed manager setting the example or doing her job.
Mc Donald’s you need to do better on picking management, the employees should not be treated disrespectfully nor should the customers and it should definitely not be the “norm”...
Read moreEveryday this place messes up on the coffee it's not that hard I get two large hot caramel mocha no whip cream pretty much everyday they make these. Recently they've gotten a bit faster at it and I don't have to pull off to the side and wait but today they wasn't that busy I had to wait 7 minutes on my coffee after getting a sandwiches and when the manager brought them out they were the wrong size they were small not large. I get these for someone else that gets very upset if they don't have two large cups of coffee even more upset if their food is cold so when I explain to the manager who wants the coffees out that they're the wrong size he argued with me because the girl who rang it in Randy in the wrong size not because I told her the wrong thing she rang it in wrong. And I explained to him that I'm going to be in trouble if he does it give me two large caramel mochas no whip. He got flustered and huffed and grunted and wasn't very friendly about it and told me that if I wanted that fixed that I had to get out of my car walking get a refund and reorder. I had to choose between cold breakfast and large coffee. But the worst part of the visit is the manager's attitude and acting like it's my fault. He was very unprofessional and the fact that he huffed and got frustrated with me for expressing to him that the coffees were the wrong size. So I'm thinking maybe they're busy maybe they just don't have time and so I look up in my rear view mirror from the pool to the side for your food area there's only one car in the Drive-Thru no others inside. This man is just lazy and he doesn't care about this particular McDonald's are the customers I can only imagine how he treats...

I ordered a single Triple Cheeseburger for just myself just to get a quick bite while I was in the area and they somehow managed to mess up a single item order. Not only was it messed up, it was COLD and the cheese was stiff. I than drove back to the store from down the street and when I arrived in the lobby, I was ignored for about 2-3 minutes while the entire crew was screaming, hollering, joking and sharing Snapchat stories right in front of me. I felt and was treated like I was in the hood and was a weird stranger. The manager with blondish dreads (or whatever he hair style was supposed to be) acted stupid when I told her about my burger by responding "whatchu mean it cold" and "how it wrong"? I literally had to open up the sandwich and put it in her face for her to do anything about it. She didn't respond after I told her my issue and she snatched my ticket and disappeared into the back. I waited about 5 minutes clueless to what was happening with my order while the crew acted like they were in the hood, cursing up a storm, screaming, hollering, laughing and sharing social media posts while I was blown away waiting for a replacement. I have lived in this area since 1999 and this was a literal JOKE. I will NEVER return to this location or any other location in the Mooresville area.
