Severely disappointed with our Erbert and Gerbertâs experience; if I could give lower than 1 star as a review I would. I had ordered $130+ of catered sandwiches for our wedding party on my wedding day to be delivered to our venue. 45 minutes after delivery was scheduled, the sandwiches still hadnât arrived. We called the store only to find out that our two large boxes of catered sandwiches had been given to someone else by mistake. I find it totally incomprehensible how two boxes of sandwiches, scheduled for delivery, could have been given to a different customer who arrived for pick up. How is it possible that this individual had ordered the exact quantity and type of sandwiches? The manager was not helpful, and no solution was offered to remedy the situation, as the bread âneeded to riseâ and they were unable to make us any backup sandwiches. They did provide us a refund, but at that point we had a hungry wedding party and had to send the father of the bride to Subway instead. This created a totally unnecessary stressor on my wedding day. Needless to say, I will never be returning to E&Gâs for sandwiches...
   Read moreWent here in the morning on 7/27 - my boyfriend and I got sprite from the fountain machine and there was a dime size piece of mold in mine and smaller pieces in both of ours. we ended up grabbing bottles instead (we should have just gotten refunded and left). on our way home I noticed my bottled of soda was expired and once we got home and tried our chicken wild rice soup, it smelt funny and tasted sour like it was expired. we called the Moorhead location and the guy with the pony tail answered and said âwho is thisâ when we asked if it was the Moorhead location he literally refused to answer if it was the Moorhead location or confirm that it was erberts and gerberts almost like he was paranoid??? we decided not to even risk trying our sandwiches after this - I 100% would NOTTT go to this location unless youâre looking to get food poisoning truly.
Update on 7/31 - I did get food poisoning and was in the ER Monday night to get fluids after vomiting for 20 hours straight (I have pictures to prove it). I was unable to keep water or any liquids down and my body was shutting down. thanks...

The employee with the long ponytail and black shirt was unwelcoming and abruptly walked away while I was placing my order, without any explanation. When my daughterâwhoâs 12âwanted to modify her sandwich order shortly after placing it, the staff member assisting us asked him for help. He loudly stated that the entire order would need to be restarted, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. We reordered and clearly requested no Dijon mustard, but it was included anyway. Additionally, my sandwich was soggy and cold. What stood out most was that this employee treated other customers courteously, but not me.
