HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. LONG WAIT. Normally full menu starts at 9 am for this store, but today it started at 11 apparently. As I waited from 10:50 until 11 for lunch in the parking lot, 3 male employees walked outside to dump fryer grease, cursing as they came out. I walked in the store at 11. It appeared no one was inside but there were 2 female employees, one being the manager. Instead of taking my order, the manager continued mopping by the frying station. They were changing the fryer grease at 11am...lunch time. After about 2 minutes, the second female employee took my order, she was punching things into the computer wrong as I corrected the mistakes. The male employees walked back inside, still cursing, in front of the manager. One item ordered was a Carmel apple freeze. They were out of Carmel sauce but didnt let me know until after completing my transaction. It wasnt until about 5 minutes after placing my order that they started preparing it and my order was the only order they had The female employee that took my order was also the one preparing my order while the other employees stood around. She wasnt sure what went on each item so just put whatever on. She was asking manager what went on each item and the manager just seemed annoyed and really rude. Finally got my order after being in the store for 20+ minutes....and the had forgotten 3 items. I asked if I could get the 2 orders of chips and cheese and the bean burrito I was missing and she didnt know what went on a bean burrito. I thanked them and left the store. They didnt offer a single apology for the wait or order inaccuracy. Next time, I will be driving the few extra miles into fargo, as this isnt the first time we've had a bad experience at...
Read moreIf I could rate zero stars I would. Every time I go here they basically tell me they're too understaffed for me to order or that it will "be a 20-30 minute wait" or they're simply closed HOURS before they're supposed to.
Yesterday just before midnight (they close at 3am) my boyfriend and I pulled up to order and we were stopped by an employee before entering the drive thru. He was literally just sitting there waiting for customers to pull up. This is the conversation: employee: "There's a 30 minute wait on beef just so you know" Us: "we don't order beef or any type of meat." Employee: "Oh. Well what are you ordering then?" Us: "probably just beans and rice burritos" Employee" Yeah. Ok. Whatever you order make it light. We got a girl in there who needs a break and we just finished a rush so make it light."
We drove away after this. Why would you tell customers what they can order or to "make it light?" secondly, why would you be standing outside saying someone else needs a break. Get in the store and HELP.
This happened one other time a couple months ago where I was told I couldn't order because they were understaffed. I felt bad for them so I wasn't that upset about it.
We then went to the North Fargo location (open til 2am) and sat in the drive thru for a couple minutes w/o being talked to at all and even said "hello?" All the lights were on so we drove up the window when someone came up to that pick up window like they had no idea we were there. It really just seems none of the Taco Bells in this town care to hire people who want to work or do their job at all during the night shifts. Every time I go there I am treated like I'm inconveniencing the employees. I will not go to either of these...
Read moreHit the drive-thru about midnight on a Saturday...woo, that was kind of a bad idea but better than 5 minutes later when the line was out to the street! Friend had a craving for tacos (and apparently chalupas) and was buying..The order taker got a little confused by our order but I tend to speak fast so that was my fault. They were patient while my friend decided how many dang tacos he wanted any ways (I knew I wanted 3). My apologies to the line! Order was placed properly and the wait was relatively short! I was impressed! Too many times I have sat in a TB/TJ drive thru for longer than it takes to get a fresh fish sandwich from McDonald's or BK but this time, I was at the window in less than 2 minutes from ordering (mind you I waited for many cars ahead of me). The man at the window was friendly and prompt to take payment. Our order was up just seconds after the card was processed (8 tacos and 3 chalupas) and we got a way too fast spiel about some giveaway, survey and his Taco Bell hat...my friend and I hardly made out a word said but it's all good! Our order was correct and there were napkins in the bag! Quite tasty but I had the typical Taco Bell problem shortly after devouring my tacos...won't stop me from getting more...or a Crunchwrap...
