This is the slowest fast food restaurant on the planet, I’ve been sitting in line now for 20 minutes and only 1 of the 3 people ahead of me has gotten their food. If it continues at this rate I will have waited 120 minutes on my food. This is not the first time either, I’ve eaten her 3 times this year and my wait has been at least 15 minutes and I was the only person in line when it took 15 minutes. I’m pretty sure they caught the fish in Alaska and walked it to Morehead Ky before cooking it. This is unacceptable!!!!! Girl at the window said they had to cook to order because they were changing the oil, only thing I can figure is they must change the oil all day long !!! It’s really sad because if they don’t get this fixed soon they will be out of business. I don’t plan to shop at this location ever again!! This is the third time I have edited this post, after the little girl at the window told me they were changing the oil and the food was made to order. I had anticipated my food being absolutely blistering hot. Well guess what it definitely wasn’t. I ordered cheese curds, and they were barely warm, and unfortunately, very greasy, the rest of the food was warm enough to eat, but again, if it was freshly made to order, I would have anticipated it being much hotter. Again, I will not eat here again. Read moreI have been going to this location for many years and tonight was worse service I ever had. From being told my card declined(when worked just fine less than 10 mins after last "attempt"(input card number that if was correct wouldn't have declined and if anything close to card my bank woulda sent a notification on phone saying declined due to x reason) at the local Japanese restaurant that swipped my card to the dollar general less than 20 mins later taking the chip{have both receipts}... To the almost 25 min wait in drive thru window to attempt get order done that pushed time to be at only declined slip given at 8:10 pm(if memory serves right). I understand it was a Sunday but why take my order if you weren't going to treat me as a customer... Not discounting my card was slightly bent but I have NEVER had an issue at this location for over a year with same card. I will be in morning at location to discuss with management and see if it's system or cashier... If not system, I'll update this post with resolution and thoughts...
Read moreAlthough the food was delicious, I was extremely disappointed in the fact of My order being wrong upon returning home with dinner, hardly ever do I pull away from the pick-up window w/o 1st ensuring tht My order is accurate, but upon requestioning the drive-thru associate and receiving Her double reassurance of My order being correct, an everything being in the bag, I mistakenly and now regrettably took Her untrustworthy word for it and went home with an absolute wrong order.
