Ordered a Bean burrito, extra onions and extra red sauce....so not what i ordered. The first bite was just beans, that were so dry i could not swallow them down, i gagged.
Normally beans don't make me gag but I am going through chemotherapy and my mouth is little bit drier than normal. Thus the request for extra sauce because just beans was not palatable for me.
So i took the order back.only to find the drive-thru completely full so I parked in the front and went in with my order to the cashier, where she requested from me the receipt that of course was not in my bag it was in my purse in the car. I have never been asked for proof of purchase via receipt with my order in hand, because yes, this location was nit tbe first Taco Bell to make my burrit not as ordered. So I went to the car got my receipt, I came back & she checked the order & said she would have the kitchen crew make me a brand new one. But after having to go through all of this, I was so upset & so dissatisfied that I just requested my money back which now required the manager to be privy of & approve. I was able to get my money back, however, when I ask for extra sauce on my burrito, it means extra sauce on the entire burrito.    Read moreI was outside of the Taco Bell at exactly 9:30pm and wanted to go inside with my family to eat. I saw a worker walk up to the door from the inside and lock it as a guy walked out. The hours on the door clearly state dine-in open until 10pm so I tried opening the door in case she didnât actually lock it. The door was locked and the worker was sitting at a table in the dining room just looking at me and wasnât doing anything. She wasnât cleaning or anything just sat there and looked at me. Then the same guy that walked out drove by and said âtheyâre closed in the dining room but drive thru is openâ as he entered the drive thru. So it appears that a customer walked inside to order food right before us and she told him they were closed in the dining room and he left and went to drive thru. So even though someSomeone was in the dining room BEFORE they locked the door. Iâve worked in restaurants before and if someone walks in before we lock up, we served them. Not only that but they closed thirty minutes before their advertised closing time. I Just wanted to make sure that the owner of this franchise knows that your crew is closing up before theyâre supposed to. I asked for a manager and her name was Jackie and she was rude as hell. I swear on my mother rhis lady is incompetent. I cannot believe she is a manager. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. I wanted to know why it took long for my order. I saw prior to thT Zhe was screaming at the employees. The young lady looked like she was crying. How unprofessional. I feel bad for this employees.
