Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

The food court has traffic issues and very few tables to physically eat on. To make the matters worse when you call their number on the sign to order a whole pizza (which every other Costco happily does) they tell you they have a 10 PIZZA minimum which is not on their sign at all and not a policy at any other Costco. They were really rude and told us it’s first come first serve and we need to wait in line at the kiosk like everyone else. Hello? We the customer did not invent any loopholes in pre ordering from the food court. That has always been an option if you want a whole pizza. If you’re going to put a big ass sign up to tell your customers they can order pizza, you should also add on the sign not to waste your time if you don’t plan to buy 10 pizzas or more. I had a horrible experience at this Costco food court today. I ordered 2 hotdogs and a pizza. I waited for 30 minutes in line and when I reached the window the employee said I have to get in line at a different window to get my pizza. I had to wait 20 more minutes in the second line. Meanwhile the "pizza line" window was serving people the regular food as well as pizza. There is no signs up or notification on the receipt to say there is a specific line to wait in. Love the kiosk in most of the Costco food Court. The only thing that they need to do is get it the same in all of them ie. We went to one where when your order is ready they call your number, then there are others that (makes no sense) after you order you go stand in line and they give you your order which is not the reason for the kiosk.
