I was very pleased to see how well organized they were in the bakery area despite how busy they where. I was observing the ladies behind the glass how quick they were working in getting everyone their pies and dinner rolls. Thank you ladies and gentlemen( a couple out there). What i was very unhappy with was upon existing i was using their electrical scooter since I have a broken foot and unable to walk for a long period of time with crutches, specially in the big crowds. I was told by a female employee standing at the door checking receipts that I couldn't take that outside. I was not understanding that command, mind you I had the basket full of groceries. I asked her how she expect me to cary my groceries to my car when I'm in crutches. She shrugged her shoulder, basically telling me " not my problem". That really upset me. Well feeling like I had no other choice and she was no help i decided to still proceed out with the scooter and asked my 13 year old to take it back in after we were done loading the groceries in our vehicle as previously discussed before we got to the exit. Just as my son was ready to take it back a very nice and polite young man who's out there getting the shopping carts came to retrieve it so we didn't have to take it back in ourselves. That is exactly how it should have been handled since the beginning. Get an employee to simple retrieve it and don't limit the use of them from your customers. That was horrible service from that employee. Unacceptable, i decided to go against her command. She commanding that from an elderly person would leave them having to also figure out how to move their groceries from Costcos cart to their personal car and they probably would do it by taking several trips, dont know but need less to say that was not okay. Rather than not allowing the carts out, figure out an alternative to avoid them getting wet or remove them completely and loose customers. Just find a better solution. If it wasn't for the electrical cart issue it would have...
Read moreI had experienced an injury at this Costco on Friday and I feel compelled to share my experience with the supervisors and managers there. It was close to closing and another Costco member turned a corner without looking and ran over my right toe. When I asked him and his wife for their information, they ran (you can literally see the man running thru the isles). What made matters worse, is I pleaded with the managers on duty to assist with the matter and file an incident report, however, they had a very nonchalant attitude about the matter. If corporate investigates the matter, you can see me at around 7:20pm on the cameras, limping around Costco trying to get help. One manager, a lady in a blue shirt, walked the opposite way of me pretending to be too busy when I asked if I could share with her what happened and show her the man that ran over my foot. I tried to show another manager the customer that ran over my foot running out the front door and she said, “Okay, okay ma’am, I see them” without even turning around. When we proceed to walk she pointed at a completely different person saying, “that’s who you were talking about right?”. I was so upset because all they had to do was listen to my concerns and help me but instead they disregarded my situation, we’re very disrespectful, and treated me as if it were my own fault my toe was ran over. Such a disappointment because I always come here. I won’t be back to this Costco and I’m considering eliminating my membership all together and sticking...
