Hello, I'll take this down I just want management to do something about this experience I had yesterday at around noon, I am up with some very uncomfortable amd TMI symptoms I won't list and all I had to eat today was a drink and food here. I went in with my cousin and his fiance, and since I used to work here, I gave them recommendations.
Please note that the cashier was very sweet and did excellent. I gave her a tip because I know it takes effort to be so enjoyable at the cash register sometimes.
My issue is with the guy working the bar: I worked with him briefly here, and I have always thought he was a little careless with making the drinks but chalked it up to his age and my own standards. I wasn't a supervisor so I didn't say anything.
Today I'm a customer and we ordered 3 Ghiacchatos and I will say I was very disappointed with the result. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to start something. I'm not really a confrontational person. My cousin ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Ghiacchato and he just got the ice blended drink straight up no oreo crumbs at the very least and as for mine, I ordered a Matcha Mint Chip Ghiacchato and I could barely taste the flavor. The whipped cream looked like cottage cheese and I wanted to overlook it considering we didn't want to be rude and we needed to go to our destination.
I'm not asking for free stuff just, or for the guy to get fired or anything just at the very least can someone keep an eye on the guy working the bar? Maybe some training or a reminder on how to craft the drinks? I told my cousin that the oteo cheesecake is usually decorated and he was pretty upset he didn't get this.
Usually drinks here are spot on but it's this one employee that is going to make me weary of ordering drinks from if he isn't making the drinks correctly and not checking to make sure what customers order looks presentable. Thank you.
Didn't take photos but like I said not looking for anything but this employee to put a bit more effort into cleanliness and...
Read moreI usually go in the mornings and there is excellent service then but at night the workers are horrible. Took me 30 minutes to get my curbside order and they wouldn’t bring it out to me.
Today I decided to get coffee after work I place the curbside order at 6:09pm arrived at 6:22pm and waited for my text message saying that my order is ready and could see two girls in there with no customers at 6:30pm I decided to wait in front of the store, where the curbside pick up is and at 6:45pm when I was not brought my items I decided to walk in. When walking in and asking about my items, they told me that I needed to call before ordering online and that they weren’t going to bring it out to me. They then said that my food item was out of stock and I picked an alternative and then told me that they saw me waiting there but we’re not gonna come out until I called which that has never happened to me before usually curbside just comes out and hands the order. There was one other customer had came in after I walked in and they were taking a very long time making my drink and when they were done making it, it wasn’t made properly but I didn’t feel like complaining because I’ve been waiting for so long, so I just left. By far my worst experience at cupcake espresso. Usually it is a delight, but now I know never to go...

The menu is packed with an enticing variety of breakfast sandwiches and pastries, ensuring that there's something for everyone. I had the pleasure of trying the red velvet cream cold brew, which was a unique and delicious twist on a classic favorite. The flavor was rich and perfectly balanced, making it a standout choice.
But the real highlight for me was the jalapeño cheddar pastry. It was wonderfully tasty, with just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting. The combination of flavors was simply delicious!
Plus, the ample parking available makes it easy to pop in for a quick bite or to settle in for a leisurely morning. Overall, the Cupcake and Espresso Bar is a must-visit for anyone who loves great coffee and delectable treats. I can't wait to go back and try more of their...
