The Habit Burger Grill — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

The reason why I only gave this restaurant a 1 star review was because the food was decent. As we had a busy day running around to find flowers for mother's day, my husband and I were hungry and decided to eat here. Both of us have had food from the habit but not this specific location, so we knew the food was going be delicious! We pulled up and order our food which was a regular burger combo and a Ceasars salad. As we approached the window, Sara, kindly repeated our order and took our payment. I always make sure I review the receipt to make sure our order was correct and we were charged correctly. Now let me say this, if you want to pay $13.15 for a small meal be my guest, the burger alone was $4.45 and $8.70 was for a small drink and small fries. As Sara gave us our food we asked for more ketchup and she rudely said there was ketchup in the bag. when we checked the bag there was only one packet. We asked for more and she rudely gave us a small grateful of ketchup and said thank you rudly as well. We parked and started to take out our food, I noticed we had no fork for our salad which made me a little upset. I looked into the other bag, maybe it was in there, and still no fork. We couldn't go back since we were far out, so we said oh well let's eat how our ancestors ate with our fingers lol. I was getting my burger out and I asked for no pickles or onions and you can guess what I found inside my burger? Yup onions and pickles, at this point I was super upset that they 1. We received poor service 2. No fork with our salad 3. Did our order wrong. Usually when I pay that much for a meal I am expecting a huge juicy burger with lot of fries but I was very disappointed today. It is unfortunate that we could have went to farmer boys paid the same but we would have had a bigger meal and better customer service. Will think twice before...

Probably the best grill chicken burger . I'm a chicken guy but the burgers are awesome as well from what I hear . Ok Food rating stays the same but service the last two times I had to cancel my order due to management . I ordered two grill chicken sandwiches on Wheat bread and they gave it to me on ciabatta bread I told her the manager & she said that's the way the sandwich is done & if I'm wrong I apologize but I've had this sandwich a few times before . She tells me ok I'll change it so we waited 30 minutes & nothing I got up because we had our drinks and fries so I ask & she tells me it's on the way & then she tells someone to make the sandwich so it's about 40 minutes & I said it's ok I'll just take my money back please & they didn't hesitate to do that . A few weeks later I'm telling the guy that got my order what happened last time & he said don't worry we got this well the same thing happened the man manager gave me my money back after 45 to 50 minutes & we saw 6 orders behind us received their orders & they still had trouble with the order . So with out eating anything I ask for my money back again . So it sucks because I like the burgers but twice in a row unless they have our picture & they refuse to get our order , don't know but it's the last time I've been there . It's the one in Day Street in Moreno valley I'm waiting for the new one that's going to open up in a few weeks & I'll put on a wig and mask 🎭 so I can get my order . Seriously all I wanted was wheat bread on a chicken sandwich...

The rude “manager” named PAULA was such a jerk. I was there with my family & all of the tables were very dirty with food.i needed a high chair for my baby so my husband went to ask the cashier if he can have someone clean the high chair because it was filthy with pickles fries salt.the cashier went to ask the manager if someone can go clean it and she told him “it’s not my problem” that rude managers name is PAULA. I decided to go up to the counter myself & ask for a towel & spray bottle to clean the table since she was too busy to be bothered.she told me i had to wait & i told her just give me the towel & I’ll clean it myself.she got upset & snatched the towel off the counter & stormed off to my table like a child to (barely) clean the high chair, she wiped it quickly and tried to leave but i said wait because our table was also dirty so i told her to give me the towel so i can clean everything better by myself & she refused again so i snatched it from her so i can clean the high chair & the filthy table. Then when we got our food it was so cold but we just kept it because our baby was hungry. Every time we come here the tables are always filthy with food and smeared ranch & their high chairs are always gross. I usually bring Clorox wipes but i didn’t have any this time so i had to ask for it to be cleaned and they couldn’t even do that.why would you work in customer service if you don’t like dealing with customers??
