Pho Ha #7 Canyon Springs has become one of my go-to spots for Vietnamese cuisine, and every visit reaffirms why. The place has a bustling yet welcoming atmosphere, with soft, warm lighting that contrasts nicely with the sleek, modern decor. Despite how busy it often gets, it always feels organized and clean—a testament to the staff’s efficiency.
Their beef pho is undoubtedly the highlight, with a broth that’s rich, flavorful, and well-balanced, without being overly salty or heavy. The portion size is generous, and the ingredients—from the tender slices of beef to the fresh herbs and bean sprouts—are always fresh. While their pho is exceptional, I was pleasantly surprised by the versatility of their menu. On my recent visit, I tried the hot stone rice bowl topped with a sunny-side-up egg, and it was a delightful mix of crispy rice, fresh vegetables, and savory protein. The iced drinks, especially the lychee mojito and Vietnamese iced coffee, are perfect accompaniments, balancing the hearty dishes with refreshing bursts of flavor.
Service here is friendly and efficient, with staff members who are attentive without being overbearing. Even during peak hours, they manage to maintain a smooth dining experience, ensuring that tables are promptly cleaned and orders are delivered without unnecessary delays.
Pho Ha #7 perfectly balances traditional Vietnamese flavors with a modern dining experience. It’s a place where you can comfortably enjoy an authentic meal, whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a casual hangout spot...
Read moreI order their fried rice to go when i realize i don't have enough time to make dinner and pair it with some sort of left over protein from the night before and they get so irritated because i order it without any meat(why is it even an option if that bothers you guys) they use to fill the container up and so when I started noticing the smaller servings I took it as an increase of cost of goods so i would just place multiple orders for the rice but they would actually place even smaller amounts in the containers .. they start talking amongst each other when i come in for this order. One time one the cashiers asked me when i had a crazy week and came in i think about 4x that week , if I even cook? I don't get why it's a problem to order the rice. I'm a server and leave a 30% tip when I eat in and a 15% tip when I takeout and that's because I feel like they're irritated that I order the rice without a combo(low key i think it's because once a girl tried to distract me with compliments and short change me $20when I brought it to her attention NICELY and gently she got 😡 and apologized).. I'm still going to keep ordering because People it's Bomb dot Com.... I love they're rice and so do my kids and I just hope they stop being passive aggressive with me. Either way it doesn't.matter because their food is that good ... I just don't like...
Read moreVery Disappointed with this location.
I previously came here for dinner and enjoyed it but, I came back today only to leave due to poor customer service. We were seated quickly and our order was taken as well, we gave our waitress our order which was pretty simple and straightforward. Our food started to come out and noticed that we were missing a plate. I thought this occurred because they were very busy for a Friday night (understandable) and possibly understaffed so I waited for my plate while my family ate. NOT ONCE did the waitress or other staff members came to check on us and I had to get someone’s attention to help us. The waitress seems annoyed while I brought up the issue and said that “the food might still be in the kitchen “ When in reality she didn’t add it to our order at all. Mind you I waited 30 minutes for my dinner plate while other guests got their plates before mine. I got tired of waiting and decided to leave since my plate wasn’t coming out, then my plate magically came out while I was trying to get my check! This was a very frustrating experience, I received no apology from the waitress at all! I can guarantee you that I will not be coming back to this...
