Mama G's — Restaurant in Morgan City

Came in to have lunch and some drinks with my mom, and the bartender never came to our table. After sitting for ten minutes, I go to the bar and ask if they're serving an any food, and they were not. Terrible service. I hate giving bad reviews, but the server should've and could've told us at any time since she was only chatting with the 3 other patrons at the bar the whole time we waited patiently. Didn't even serve them any drinks while we waited. I guess I really shouldn't trust these...

#1, welcoming, friendly, efficient, and talented bartender. At least the one I had. #2, drinks are tasty, who makes margaritas taste good? They do! And super strong. You will not go broke or be bored here. #3, food hot and tasty. #4, the other patrons are super nice and friendly. Overall, you'll feel welcome here, have a good time, and will likely go back. They have video gambling and pool tables and a large partially covered outside...

Mama G’s is one of the best places to eat and drink in Morgan City. The lunch specials are great South Louisiana foods just like your Mama cooked them if you are from this area.
