Coffee Guys — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

Just went there this morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. The staff explained the breakfast menu, the coffee selection, encouraged me to sample the coffee, helped me decide between a mocha and a coffee, kept me informed of how long it would be until I received my food, and more. They seem to do their best to make sure you get the most out of your visit.

The place is clean and nicely laid out. The breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese on a bagel) I got was better than fast food but maybe not as stellar as a place you'd envision yourself sitting down at and eating breakfast. The coffee is good and the mochas are made with Ghirardelli chocolate. I think they might be able to step up their food selection but they did have good looking salads and parfaits so there is that.

I'll go back. It's nice to have a new place downtown that seems to be trying to be successful. Hopefully they keep up...

Great coffee shop, just opened on the north side of the parking garage in downtown Morgan Hill! They serve Verve coffee from Santa Cruz which is known for their high quality, ethical coffees. Coffee Guys is locally owned and operated, no chain here. They also serve the classic style espresso drinks so when you order a macchiato, it'll be a 6 or 8 oz, not a venti, but that's a good thing! They also serve a variety of sandwiches and pastries.

The inside features a nice modern/industrial feel but has very little seating. Fortunately, Morgan Hill has decent weather year round and so the city has a nice seating area just 20 ft outside the shop while the shop itself has 5 or 6 smaller tables with umbrellas right outside the door. It was our first time at this coffee place and we were not disappointed which is usually the case whenever I order a soy chai latte from anywhere other than Starbucks, but it was just as good if not better! My husband ordered an Americano which he enjoyed and I also got their egg spinach breakfast sandwich which was served on a bagel and quite tasty, although I could've used hot sauce, but that's just me and my addiction for heat! Customer service was quick & friendly, the Atmosphere inside was okay, not very cozy, but then again most places aren't trying to be too cozy with COVID going around. There's a huge outdoor area with benches and usually tables, but none were put out, maybe covid-related or because of winter? We will definitely...
