Snowee Rolls — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

My daughter and her lacrosse team tried Snowee for a fun team experience and we loved it so much we returned for a second night of rolled ice cream. This time though, my 10 year old tried ordering from a kiosk, because she had no experience in working the screen, her order never came through. She waited and waited then inquired. The manager felt so bad, he quickly sprung into action and made her’s on the spot and made her smile with his jokes. He made her feel so important. I’ll never forget his effort. The time we were there I noticed how much he cared about each customer and how he was determined to mentor each young person working there. It’s a busy place, that’s not easy. Snowee is worth visiting and it’s worth saying this seems like a wonderful small business worth supporting. Thank you and see...

WHAT THE ROLL? We tried this place out on the way to eat at a restaurant nearby. I’m an ice cream connoisseur and love to try new things. Thai ice cream! What’s so special about that? And then I saw how they made it. Sooo Cool! My $8 went a long way.

The Ice Cream- Good. It was creamy and tasty. I got the Cookie Monster (Oreo cookies). Didn’t think that 2 Oreos would make it all the way, but it did. The ice cream was a bit dense and sat heavy in my stomach for awhile after. But maybe that was the food I had before. 1 cup was enough for my wife and I.

Q: Would I try it again? Yes. Is try another flavor and make sure that it’s a stand alone treat and not mixed as a dessert...

In describing this to a friend, I called it Performance Art Dessert. So, no complaints from me about the time it takes to create such a delicious dessert. It's great fun to watch the chopping and mixing and rolling of the items you get to choose to go into your creation. Then you get to choose more items to go on the top of the intricately-formed rolls. I am looking forward to going again. No one has mentioned their beautiful mosaic sign out front. It was made by the same artist who did the gorgeous Mermaid Mural on the back outside wall at Rosy's...
