We were so excited to have our daughters 2nd birthday at the cutest and yummiest ice cream shop in town! We instantly felt taken care of and part of the MH Creamery family. Liz, the manager, went above and beyond with communication, offering to put together activities for the kids such as an ice cream sundae bar with the theme and coloring for the kids, set up, being there for anything at all during the event while simultaneously running the shop, and clean up. We feel very fortunate to be the first event held at the creamery, and it couldn't have gone better. The owner, David, was very hands on with helping us clean up and was extremely welcoming as well! The Morgan Hill Creamery is my favorite place to get a frozen treat in Morgan Hill. I went in recently craving my favorite flavor, 1020. They didn’t have it out in the case…So I asked the sweet gal working there, Natalie, if they stopped carrying it. She let me know that there may be some in the back and then went to check. I was so excited to see her coming back out with a 5 gallon tub of 1020 ice cream! Hooray! Thank you, Natalie…you made my day! We stopped in for a treat for the last push of our roadtrip. We were looking for milkshakes and sorbet. The milkshake was the most disappointing I’ve had in years. Not only was it not thick, but it was thinner than chocolate milk. We were floored that a $12 milkshake would be so stingily scooped. We laughed at the wide boba straw provided, as you could’ve sucked it with a coffee straw stirrer.

The kids had different flavors sorbet that were uninspired, as well. My 7yo ice cream junky didn’t even eat half of his because it was so mediocre (we agreed).
