AAA Morris Plains — Local services in Morris Plains

We used AAA to join a bus tour of some of our National Parks. We will be traveling with our travel buddies only this time we will take a bus so that no one has to drive and miss out on sights because they must keep their eyes on the road. Arrangements at first went very smoothly but my husband developed a health issue prior to paying the balance. We are insured so we are covered but the guy inside was very loudly speaking about his condition which is in no way contagious, I became very upset and walked out. This dude literally said that he should call the “powers that be” just to ask them if he could attend, although he had no problem accepting our payment. I just couldn’t believe the lack of empathy for his customers.

We worked with Jodi, the worst travel agent ever. Never returns calls or email and then says the branch's Internet was out for a week (what about the phones). I called corporate to complain, I wanted to speak with her manager and the associate transferred me to Jodi without my authorization. We received a credit back she did not let us know what optional tour was cancelled tried to book another optional tour but she said that was cancelled also. While we were away on another trip the travel company sent via Fedex travel documents that sat on our porch until me neighbor noticed the package. I had a very bad experience with this branch. I came in to purchase Euros and was not told they would take a few days to come in. After the lengthy transaction was completed the clerk informed me they would contact me in 2 days. My daughter was leaving the following day so we had to void the entire transaction. A waste of an hour's time and much aggravation. Then to top it off my credit still has not shown on my debit card so now I have to track that down btw them and my bank.
