This restaurant has a beautiful outdoor seating area! It’s perfect for any special event. The menu online is limited, but they have so many specials! They had 4 seafood specials, a strip steak, filet mignon, a veal shank, and a tomahawk steak for two special! They really need to write them all down as I hate to keep asking the waiter how each dish is prepared. The first waiter we had didn’t want to take the time out to go over them all. I heard another waiter going over each and everyone with another table so I waved him down to go over them with us. We had the fruit salad and the goat cheese and fig raviolis as appetizers. The fruit was delicious and fresh, but the salad was dry! It needed more dressing. The goat cheese and fig filling to the ravioli appetizer was so good! For entrees we had the lamb chops and the Chilean sea bass. The lamb chops I asked for well done came out medium well. They were very good, but I ended up trading dishes as I like my meat cooked well done. The Chilean sea bass was delicious! It came over a mushroom risotto which was very good! We were very pleased with our portion sizes too. They gave a generous piece of Chilean sea bass and a nice amount of meat for the lamb chop dish. For desserts I had the peanut butter silk cake and a brownie. The peanut butter silk cake was so good! Unfortunately, the brownie was burnt to a crisp! It was to dry to even eat so I took a few bites and left it there. One thing I didn’t like upon entering was I was told to wear a mask walking to my table! There was only one other couple there dining 20 feet away! Why would I need to wear a mask when I’m walking to my table outside!?!? I’ll save politics for my Facebook! Overall, we really enjoyed most of our dishes, and the huge variety they had to offer. I recommend dining at Chef Fredy’s Table...
Read moreMy team and I recently had the immense pleasure of dining at Chef Fredy's Table in Morristown, NJ, not once, but twice. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with each course outdoing the last.
The ambiance was sophisticated and inviting, offering the perfect backdrop for both a team dinner and a client meeting. The staff showcased exceptional professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring our evenings were flawless from start to finish.

The menu has a delectable variety that caters to a range of palates, with each offering so meticulously crafted, it could easily be mistaken for a dish at a Michelin Star restaurant.
The chef's attention to detail was nothing short of impressive, with an almost poetic harmony between the elements on the plate. Each ingredient served a purpose, each flavor had its moment to shine, contributing to a sensory journey that was as enchanting as it was delicious.

Read moreIt started off well; the server was polite and came to us for our appetizer order within 5 or 10 minutes. Another server then came over shortly afterward and was rather pushy about us ordering our entrees. He kept trying to push me to ask what I was deciding between and I was trying give a subltle hint that we weren't ready. He stormed off. We then waited for over an hour before having to call the original server over to order; and experienced the full attitude. I guess they decided to punish me for wanting to have an unrushed experience at their establishment. They could not hide their discontent. As a former manager, server, bartender and catering manager for almost 15 years, I know the type. The phony smile, the curt and dismissive tone - everything. It's the common thread - they think they know everything and have no patience for people. I still left a substantial tip because I'm not petty; and I understand how difficult the job can be. But I also know that I left the business because I could no longer be the kind of person I wanted to be; polite! The food was fantastic but the service, collectively was not pleasant. Even the busboys seem to be influenced by them, to their detriment. They could not even manage to be nice either. I'd never go back and I will not recommend it to anyone. No meal is ever good enough to sacrifice your dignity. So I reluctantly cannot recommend dining here, only due to the unwelcoming collective attitude from the front...
