Hardee’s — Restaurant in Morristown

If I could rate this location with more than 5 stars I most definitely would! This is the closest and most convenient restaurant near my house so I’m there all the time and at all different times of the day and numerous days of the week. Not one time have I ever had to wait for my food and there has never been a time where any of the staff have not greeted me with a genuine smile and exceptional attitude! Even when cars are lined up around the building to get their delicious breakfast the staff are always calm and courteous and have my order ready as soon as I get my turn at the drive thru window! I’ve literally actually said “dang y’all are fast!!” A few days ago when they experienced a larger than normal breakfast rush when the cars were lined up all the way to the road waiting to turn into the parking lot! It wasn’t because the staff was slow because honestly when I got my turn at the window I asked if they normally have this many people coming at breakfast time! I’m not normally a breakfast person but I switched jobs lately and now I can’t pass by without my Hardee’s breakfast! Laci, Jacob and the wonderful lady that does the drive thru window at breakfast time (forgot to get her name we’re always busy chatting while I’m paying LOL) are just a few that have made a genuine lasting impression and really set the mood when at work. OK well we visited there a few months ago was not going to give a review but here goes we stopped for breakfast we went inside there was people waiting we ordered two bacon egg cheese hashbrowns and a drink wengot our drink I went to sit my husband was waiting so after 15 mins my husband looked at me and like what is going on another 10 mins I went up the people waiting was like why hasn't these people got their meal the cashier held up a bag and said 4 BEC.2 SAUSAGE 4 HASHBROWNS nobody answered I could see she was upset because nobody was helping her so I said we had been waiting awhile so she could give our money back and we will go then this guy came up yelling at me that they were short handed and we had to be patient so I said don't yell at me so he said I'm not yelling I said yes you are by that time I was mad I said I can see you have no help at the front but we had been waiting for awhile never asked what ordered was once I ask him if he understood my point never answered so I said it louder the girl turned around said something then picked the ticket out of the trash the guy had shift leader on his badge I said he needed to rethink his career got our money...

I went through the drive thru at 6:30 this morning. I ordered a Bacon Beast burrito but to substitute the bacon for sausage. I know this location can do it because they have done it twice for me in the past. Today the guy on the speaker said that they couldn't do it, I said I've had it done twice before and that it was an upcharge and I was okay with paying the upcharge. The guy on the speaker then said "whatever" and another employee then finished my order. When I proceeded to the window the guy then came to the window and told me in an angry tone that they could not do that due to inventory and corporate would fire him if he did it again. I advised that it had been done twice before and they should have told me that the first time and I wouldn't have ordered it two more times. As the guy walked away he said under his breath for me to not come back. I've never caused any issues and have always been understanding at this hardees, it was my favorite.
