I went through the one in Morristown,TN tonight. I got a soft taco supreme and a Catina chicken quesadilla. My gf wasn’t cooked properly, she literally took two bites out of it and most of the shredded cheese fell out and there were only roughly 5,6 at the most pieces of chicken. She called to let them know and to ask if it was normal for there to be only 5-6 pieces of chicken. She was told that they aren’t sure why the cheese wasn’t completely melted and that it only gets a scoop and a half of chicken. The girl who answered only said,”Taco Bell” when she picked up the phone so we didn’t get her name. She said to bring back a receipt at any time and they can replace it. Which I have no problem doing but the girl at drive thru said that their printer wasn’t working. My gf asked if she could look up the recent transaction so they could make a note about her call but she said she is really busy and don’t have time to check the recent transactions. I wasn’t charged anything. This isn’t the first time that we have provided the drive thru a CC to pay but not charged and were told that their printer. Seems extremely sketchy to be taking people’s CC and not charging them and when asking the employee, just being told that they did charge but they don’t have time to look it up. It’s concerning that this has happened more than 3 times in the last year. The first two times,I didn’t say anything but something needs to be done. The employees always seem like they despise their job, they never smile and just act like they don’t want to be there. The food at this location during night time has declined...
Read moreEverytime you go through drive thru they tell you to pull up and wait for order no matter if there is 0 or 5 people waiting. Only reason for is so they can try to make their times look better on getting food out when in reality it's not. Ordered the new cantina burrito they had me pull up then they come out to ask what I had. Told the woman then she proceeded to say they gave the wrong bag out and asked me to pull to the other parking lot "this happens when you have 3 cars pulled forward waiting on orders for no reason". Finally came out with my order then got home to find out they gave me a quesadila instead of what I ordered. Get your act together your job isn't incredibly hard. If you need to get food later in the evening I highly recommend you go somewhere else that shift is a joke. Update gave them another chance tonight and nothing changed run I would avoid this store at all cost edit gave it some time again and this store still can't get it together. Order burritos for 6 dollars a peice and they can't even put all the stuff in it. You want more money then do better take pride in what you do. There is a reason you work fast-food and can't get that right speaks for itself. This store evidently hires a bunch of workers that don't know...
Read moreThe management staff need to get it together and hire enough employees. Businesses are blaming people for “not wanting to work” when in actuality people require support, decent pay, and a positive work environment to want to work somewhere. Just got in line at 9:30 on a Friday night with a car full of kids starving after baseball games all night. The massive line took forever, with no way to drive out of it even if we had charged our minds and wanted to go elsewhere. we rolled up to the speaker finally at 9:59PM after a 30 min wait. I hear the speaker chirp like someone is going to say something, but nothing. Finally at 10:01 I say “hello?!” And they tell us “sorry, we are closed.” I said “we have been waiting 30 min to order?” And she said “sorry, there are only 3 employees, so the car in front of you was the last one.” Nobody cut the line off or alerted the 8 cars behind us that they were not going to serve anyone because of their temporary hour reduction. Beyond that - the fact that they knew we were sitting at the speaker and weren’t even going to acknowledge us or say anything is insane to me. This is nuts. Hire employees. Taco Bell can afford to pay more if they can’t get anyone to...
