While my son did enjoy running around I regret the purchase option that I made and I only wrote this as a warning to any others who come here on days when there aren’t a lot of people. We purchased the $29.99 deal that comes with 1 hr of jump or ice skating I think, I think it was 2 attraction rides and then $10 arcade card. The only thing I was able to actually use was the $10 arcade card which I wish I would’ve just purchased $30 in arcade credit and then I probably wouldn’t be writing this review. So even though the employees will tell you that everything is available we are just dead….heed my warning and proceed at your own risk. My advice just stick to the arcade and you won’t be disappointed like I was.

Edit: To clarify I was thankful there wasn't a lot of people there, that was not the issue. The issue was that the staff seemed to be hiding. I really thought there was only one person working at first and it was apparent he was a waiter. He was the only employee that I saw that was actually present on the floor at all times. When I was finally helped a lady I don't know exactly where she came from, appeared and she handled the transaction and I never saw her again. My son was suppose to get two 30 minute jump sessions but the one sesion he had a band for never seemed to have started and I shouldn't have to chase down people to get them to...

Extremely overpriced. The ice skating rink is about 100 sq feet and not ice. The games are janky. They don’t have anyone to run the attractions. I bought 3 packages that included skating or jumping for 30 minutes and $20 in arcade games or attractions. The skating was so lame, we asked if we could finish our 30 minutes jumping. An employee reluctantly let us. A manager saw us jumping and approached me saying we didn’t pay to jump. I explained that it was authorized by another gal. She was extremely rude about it. Then we asked to do the bumper cars with our $20 credit and they said they were closing in 25 minutes and didn’t have anyone to run the bumper cars. Well then don’t sell the tickets if there is nobody to run the attractions! The manager told me the package didn’t include the attractions, only the arcade games. I told her the paper at the register (pictured here) said the attractions were included. After she stated several times they weren’t, I walked over the grab the paper at the register. She walked to the back of the store and never would come back out, even after I asked to speak with her. I requested a refund but they said they couldn’t give me one because all the registers had been closed out and counted. This place is an absolute joke and waste of money. I wouldn’t go back if...

Our school went on a field trip in hopes of a good time. The staff was beyond rude. Not even just rude to the parents but rude to our children. We don’t allow our children to drink soda, so when my son requested water, the staff member “ Austin “ shouted sprite or coke or nothing & even said that to the rest of the children. Most of the children did not get a drink. The gift cards were extremely limited on what you could play. Even the children were separated for no reason sometimes or not aloud to play in groups. Our leader “ Austin “ spent more time bullying the children & snapping @ parents than being any help. I usually don’t leave negative reviews & am very easy to please. However, when something that was supposed to be a very fun trip that we were going to come back with siblings next time, turned into such a negative & terrible experience. We will not be returning unless someone learns how to treat children with kindness & respect. Also, everyone paid for food when we purchased our field trip tickets, there wasn’t enough food for everyone to eat. It continued to be such a disaster, we didn’t even stay the full time. Our teachers decide to leave even 2 & 1/2 hours early because of it continuing to grow worse. This was extremely stressful & disappointing. Do...

Meta is the manager and the rudest individual I have ever dealt with! The very nice staff member was not trained and messed up the military discount by $6. The supervisor, Jeremy agreed to just give us our cards. Megan walked away, ignored us, begun crying, and refused to resolve any issues and offered us a full refund of the $400 we spent because she refused to discuss our concern. When asked isn’t your role to make customers happy? She answered. “No- it is my job to protect, myself, my establishment and my employees. When asked if the owners would support that- she said you are hostile, I feel threatened, and you are chasing me around the store after I already walked away from you and told you I was unwilling to talk. When asked, how are you a manager if you can’t compensate $6 or discuss a concern to a resolution she burst into tears and said- no- you ruined my entire day over $6 you could have just gotten over. I have a receipt for the $400 spent before this additional $60 for a party of 10 we brought from 45 minutes away. As of now, I have zero fun bucks and my card for the second purchase shows no refund and she does not care. We will never be back and be sure to spread the word.

If your child is under 44 inches just go somewhere else. There are plenty of cheaper places to go they will have just as much fun at. My niece enjoyed it a lot as she’s older and could do things like the bumper cars and ice skating or virtual reality and laser tag. There is literally nothing for a smaller child except trampolines (not many small area) and bounce houses( only a couple and those too are small) which you can find at wallabies or just jump. But if you have older children they would really love this place. The food was actually very good and the employees were very polite and helpful.
