My wife, my kid and I were walking into the restaurant with great excitement, it being my Friday night after a very hard and stressful week at work. We were recommended to check this place out and so we were all in to enjoy some delicious food. Unfortunately the night did not end as such. We sat on the isolated and segregated by a wall side of the restaurant in a booth (which I get, we had a kid). The rest of the restaurant looked very busy and energetic with what it seemed like lots of people enjoying their national food. Again, not the same experience for us. Our menu given to us was very limited and so we went with some more familiar choices, udon noodle soup, shrimp lo main, sesame chicken. Again, safer choices because we had a kid.. At some point my kid and wife got their food, which we waited for a while for. However, last dish, sesame chicken, arrived 20 mins later, after my wife and kid were done with their food... In which good restaurant do you ever see it as normal to bring out main dishes with such timing between them, so that one person is sitting looking at others finish theirs? You don't. When the dish arrived, it right away looked wrong, it was basically a sweet and sour chicken with sesame seeds on top. And yes it actually was a sweet and sour sauce.. with a very oily bread and no real chicken..I ended up not eating it and asking for a check and asking for the dish to be taken off the bill. bottom line, food was not good, but at least they were able not to charge me for it. What I found out later is that there is a different menu, a full menu, but in Chinese, which we were not even offered.. I don't think I will ever come back, have no incentive, unless a native speaker can convince me otherwise and coming along to help with the...

Read moreIt's only been about 6 months since I gave this place a glowing 5 star review, however we went back just a couple weeks ago during Thanksgiving break and the Service was supremely rude from the start and the check came with a included 20% gratuity (Not 15%). I didn't challenge but i normally tip 25% for great service, but this woman wouldn't have gotten 10% from me. The server literally slung our silverware on all together in a pile in the middle of the table and left for us to separate it for each other. Then during the ordering process it was next level painful and the server literally eye rolling as we ordered for being amateurs and she offered no separation for appetizers and our main course. Now my wife is the most peaceful woman and tends to keep me in check when I fly off the handle at someone acting like this but even she said it was a very hateful experience and not at all right for our daughters who flew into to see us from Dallas to experience. I understand folks have very bad nights and maybe that's what this was... but folks go out to eat to enjoy themselves and want to be treated respectfully and there has to be a price for this level rudeness and this review is that price. The food was ok this time around as well not nearly as good as the last time and i ordered the same main course for myself...
