I just placed an online order and the delivery was smooth my issue is this location is a hit or miss ! When I received my order the cookies was tossed all over the place and missing toppings when I called the store to express my issues with my order Elise the shift lead originally told me she was the Manager until I asked her when we file complaints does it go directly to her store or higher up . So I asked to speak with the manager she stated she wasn’t available and she could call her again I just wanted to express my order I received was not up to Crumbl expectations and she was making excuses saying she packaged the order and she didn’t mess it up which I wasn’t blaming her again just expressing it didn’t meet standards of Crumbl . When she was coming back to the phone because she told me to hold to get into contact with the manager I heard and another associate discussing me over the phone when she came back to the phone i told her I now have a different complaint because I could hear you guys taking about me and it was unprofessional she offered three way with the Manager who wasn’t available but again I think it’s just highly unprofessional to talk about a customer while I’m still on the line she refused to give me the other worker name which is fine but I knew the manager name was Caroline because I overheard the conversation. Read moreCould not be more frustrated. I got a Crubml gift card that I've now tried to use on 2 occasions without success. The first time was on 4/25/22. I ordered cookies for delivery through the Crumbl app. Once we'd reached 30 minutes past the delivery time and I still had no cookies, I called the store. They said there was nothing they could do besides give me a refund. I figured this was a one off and accepted the refund.
I tried to order the cookies again today through the app and the EXACT same thing happened. The cookies were supposed to be here at 2:30. I called the store and they said the only thing they could do was issue a refund and have me reorder them and come pick them up. Both times the cookies were being ordered to share with an office so no one is really able to just leave and go get them.
I did get a refund both times but no one in the store did anything to try to make it right. They just issued a refund and said sorry. Crumbl cookies are absolutely delicious which is why is the reason for 2 stars instead of one but the customer service here is pretty sorry in my opinion and I'm really frustrated and we're all left hangry in the office. I understand they use Door Dash for delivery but delivery shouldn't be an option if you can't actually get...
Read moreMy review is for the companies customer service, not product or people in the store. Since this location opened 2.5 months ago I have spent almost $300. So obviously we like the product, however we had a feeling something was wrong with the loyalty program which kept telling us we had 77 point for multiple visits. We finally had the register system in the store tell us we earned a $10 gift card for hitting 100 points, but when we returned the machine again told us we were at 77 points and our gift card was not there. We asked in the store but they girl told us we needed to contact via the app. When we got home I checked my debit account to discover we should have earned 2 rewards and almost be on our third. My wife then reached out only to be told "maybe you forgot to log in" and "there is nothing we can do about it". My wife wrote back letting them know how much we have spent and that they must have an IT issue with their system only to have them not respond again. We would rather they not have a loyalty program than have one that seems to rip people off! At this point we will simply be spending our money elsewhere as we will not continue to support a business that treats loyal...
