This place is a train wreck.
I went to the drive through on my way to an appointment hoping to save time. Placed my order, paid, moved to the last window to pick up my food and be on my way. The employee handed me a drink I did not order, I politely refused saying it wasn't mine. This was the first sign that something was wrong.
He corrected the situation and gave me the right order. I then noticed on the receipt that the digits on the card were not mine. I looked at my bank account and it turns out I was charged $6.31 for my $3.42 order and realized my ticket had been switched with someone else's. I pulled around the front to go inside to fix the issue. I was annoyed, but fine with that. People make mistakes sometimes, not that big of a deal.
I wait in line at and the cashier gets a manager for me to speak with. I explained the situation to which he says "ok" and disappears for a minute. He comes back, casually drops $3.75 on the counter, says "here you go" and walks away. No apology, no refund, not even an attempt at the correct change. I left the counter completely furious.
By the time I even got to eat my lunch, it was cold. I specifically asked for no onions, yet I still found them on my burger. I also requested ranch dressing at the drive through and that wasn't even in the bag either.
Horrible customer service, wrong orders, and the only attempt to fix the situation was a rude manager who dropped money on the counter in front of me and walked away. Steer clear of this place, people! I would give this place one star if possible and I will never return to this...
Read moreI came to this location May 12,2025. Use to be a very good Wendy's, I don't know what happened but this place sucks now. I ordered 3 large size biggie bags for my kids. They made me pull up and wait for the order. Not a problem. The lady in the front comes out handed me the order and I pulled off, I get to the stop light and sneak a few fries, they were grossly cold. Ain't no way I'm paying 28 bucks for some cold food. Even the burgers were just warm, so what did I have to wait for? I took the food back and ask for some fresh food cause it was cold. The same lady took the bags and threw them out and made more, cool. I waited, she came and brought the food and apologized, cool. I got to the parking lot and something said check the bag, the fries were small fries. I paid for all 3 to be large. I go back in and immediately I get the look like, what now. So I hold the fries up to show her they are small fries and I paid for large fries and drinks. She now is aggravated, I'M aggravating her? I'm just trying to get some hot food for my kids that I paid almost 30 bucks for. Now she's shoving fries all mad and aggressively, throws the bag of fries all they way on the other end of the counter where I'm Not standing, and just walks away. No apologies or nothing. Again, I'm just trying to get what I paid for and she's mad at me. So I'm done. I will never return to this establishment, I will never spend another dime here, thanks to the girl at the front that looks like the girl that plays Ellie from...
Read moreThe person in front is brought back their potato and said it was horrible and “older than I am”. He looked about 60. I understand one-off’s so I kept with my order and got a potato with my meal. A sour cream and chive one. So did my fiancé. We sit down and they both are smothered in cheese. He dealt with it, but got mine fixed and described this interaction when he got back “I went up there and told them it had cheese on it and we ordered chives and sour cream ones. She said “there IS chives on it” and the cashier had to say to the other employee “yeah but there’s not supposed to be cheese” but they fixed it”. Then we laughed it off. My daughter went to get napkins and she couldnt find them. My fiancé went to get them and it was the last 2 in the dining area. okay, guys. Then the people next to us went back and took his burger up and said to the employees “are y’all out of cheese or something?”. Employee: “no.” Guy: “can I get some cheese on here?” Employee: “it’ll be extra”. Guy: “I ordered a cheese burger”. Employee: “oh, Okay I guess”. Really y’all? Smh. Not to mention the guy working the window, while i was waiting for something else, was handed a wrapped sandwich and he opened the wrapper, pulled the sandwich apart slightly with his bare hands and checked it for the right toppings, nodded, closed it back up and put it in the bag to hand to the guy in...
