Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Morro Bay

If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. Pizza is very terrible quality and charged me $50 for one pizza and wings! They don’t even offer a side of ranch included with the pizza. When I pay this much money I expect my food to at least look pleasing. The pizza smelled terrible as if the cheese had gone bad, and the older gentlemen at the register (I think it was the manger) was very rude and clearly doesn’t know how to have good customer service. This place is ripping off the customers and is the only round table I’ve been at that is this terrible. I will never recommend anyone this place ever. You are literally paying for card board pizza. Been here a few times over the last month, they’ve been short staffed for a while, but the ones working there are doing a great job. We were served by TJ the first time, and Kajal the next time, both were very kind and accommodating. They really make the food with love here. I even requested the garlic parm twists to be a little under done with extra cheese and Parmesan, and they fulfilled it perfectly. Best round table experiences I’ve had. I hope they get some hires soon, especially with the same work ethic as those already employed. Great food, great people. (Bathroom might be having some plumbing issues, cause there’s a smell. I never write reviews but I felt as though Justin from round table deserved a 5 star! I am super sick at home in bed and was craving some pizza! I ordered myself a pizza and when it came it was different than what I had ordered. Since it was gluten free and delivery it ended up being around $35 so I figured I’d call and see if I could get new one that was made correct or figure out a solution. Justin was more than accommodating, he was kind and his customer service was outstanding. We found a solution and I felt heard and validated when it came to the order being wrong.
