Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mound

I lowered the rating due to the most recent experience I had here, it has been a decent place up until about 2 months ago. I ordered three medium pizzas and one of their dessert cookie brownie pizzas for a small party we had that day, all in all it came to $25 and some change. Later that evening I went grocery shopping and my card was declined due to insufficient funds, I thought that off since I had just checked my account earlier that day, so I go to check again and come to find that dominos charged me a total of 26 times for the $25 worth of pizza, drained my bank account by $650. When I called the store to complain, I was brushed of by one of the employees and one of the managers as they both said in quote "Well, if the money isn't back in your account by tomorrow give us a call back." So you can what? Wave your magic wand and do squat? And when I asked why the money was taken out in the first place nobody had an answer or even an apology, no offers of making it right. If my brother hadn't been with me when my card was declined I wouldn't have been able to get groceries for my family, and the fact that they never bothered to follow up to see if the issue was fixed (Thankfully it was thanks to my bank) is inexcusable. The friendly, polite driver, Bill, arrived earlier than expected - great, huh?; the stuffed cheesy bread with feta & spinach was delicious & warm; the best was the very warm, Wonderful Spinach & Feta pizza! However, the Chicken Parmesan sandwich that came on "artisan bread" was not as like focaccia bread, as it was described on the phone. No, more like a toasted hoagie bun. Oops. The Pacific Veggie pizza was okay but, unfortunately overloaded with way too much black pepper sprinkled allllll over the top! The Chicken Alfredo with mushrooms- great! But, only came with four very tiny bites of chicken. Oops again. Oh well. Sure wish Bill, the driver, had brought a bottle of wine with him! Lol. Pretty much made for a great evening anyway! After a decade of not ordering from Domino's because of a change in their sauce recipe that we didn't like, we decided to try Domino's again since Papa Murphy's doesn't deliver.

It's been a disappointment. While the food you get tastes good and the delivery is prompt, the toppings you get are skimpy. After two orders came with negligible amounts, I tried ordering extra. I got even LESS!
