Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mounds View

Just last night my friend and I wanted to get something to eat from the Mounds View Dominos. We enjoy their food and the customer service is typically phenomenal. Well we called them and were on hold for more than 10 minutes so we hung up and decided to drive there. We tried walking in, which the door was unlocked, and then was told by the manager that carry out is past hours so we walked out with no problem and got into my car. We were right outside Dominos so we decided to call again to see what took so long before. As the phone rang, we saw the manager guy just standing there and not even making a movement towards the phone, almost like he was ignoring the call. That was mess up number 2. So we hung up and waited for the delivery driver to get back and as he walked in, we tried calling again. This time, the delivery driver was nice enough to answer the phone and we explained to him that we are right outside the store and asked him if it would be alright if we could just get our food delivered right to my car right outside the store. He said there shouldn't be any reason why he couldn't, but then the manager guy asked him what he was talking about and said that he couldn't do that. (We could hear what the manager guy was saying in the background of the phone call) The delivery guy said that he was mistaken and apologized which I told him that it's fine, we just thought it would make things easier on them. We were still going to tip him 20% too! So the manager guy took the phone from his hands and said we cannot do that and hung up instantly after saying that. I asked if we could place our order, give them my address, and then we would drive home and wait and the manager guy still said no. Overall, the delivery guy was awesome! But I would definitely suggest a different overnight manager if his attitude is that disrespectful towards customers who are willing to compromise to practically saying they will drive home if they can just make sure they actually are able to get an order in since the last attempt resulted in a 10 minute waiting time on hold with probably no intention from the manager to actually answer the phone. You may be a manager, but actually do your job, don't think you're above taking the time out of your night to at least take an order. So this is a 5 star review for the delivery driver, but only 1 star for...

Update** Heres pics of my EXTRA cheese PLUS provalone cheese LIGHT sauce pizza 🧐 Still see more sauce than cheese smh now Im mad and hangry about to take my FA to Lil Cs and hope they do better we used to order weekly years ago.. 2018ish? NOW There is still NO way to order DOUBLE extra cheese, thats the #1 reason we stopped ordering.. When I pay for light sauce Extra cheese (thats the most it lets me order) and I can still see sauce through the cheese nobody's happy. Sometimesit seemed like they would give me the oppositeof my order pizza look like they have light cheese extra sauce just gross.. why not allow 2x extra cheese? If they are so stingy with the cheese even after charging so much for "extra" they should add another option for 2x cheese.. U can get a whole bag of cheese for $2 at walmart and dominos charges $2 for "extra" cheese only to put on like half a handfull more. It makes me so mad when I remember the good old days they had the extra extra cheese option now my family hates domingos. It was was a warm day around 3 I got a tiktok saying there was a discount for 50% off any pizza. Seeing this I went over to my friends house and we decided we would split a large pizza together I go on my phone and put in a pickup order for a meatzilla or something like that. Go to the store 10 minutes later the pizza was just being finished. I payed for the food with my card got the pizza and could feel the warm touch from the bottom of the box, the aroma so sweet, I could not help but take a peek inside the box. Inside the box was a perfectly cut pizza with every single meat you could imagine. Me and my friend ran home and put the pizza on the table I got a plate and drenched the pizza in ranch and Barbecue. I took one bite and let out a sigh of relief I immediately grabbed a Dr Pepper and took a sip, put on my favorite show stranger things, sat back and enjoyed the most glorious meal one could have for 5$ the McDonald’s across the street seemed like a joke compared to this, whoever made this pizza god bless you as soon as I finished this pizza I knew I had to leave a review keep in mind, I NEVER leave reviews on restraints, all I want to say is thank you, thank you so so so much....
