Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Moundsville

Went through the drive through got our food got home and was short 6 pieces of chicken. I called and talked to them they said come back and they would take care of it. When I got there I showed them my receipt and the service got horrible they acted like I was trying to get free food. The employee that was I’m assuming was the manager was not polite and had an attitude and said I think I did that order I really don’t know nor do I care just give him the chicken they didn’t even apologized just gave me the chicken and walked away. Ordered the "Baked cod" and was served a tiny 2 ounce looking portion of white rubberized dried fish with sauce over it. The fish was chewy and so I brought it back to them at the counter to inquire about the cooking method. As I suspected the cashier "Anna D" confirmed that the fish was microwaved, she also added in a challenging tone "this is the way we cook it". Young lady missed one food item. No big deal . Put my food in the warmer until extra item was ready. Manager came over took a piece out of my box and put in another. I checked my box after I left. He put a pc of chicken in place of my fish. I didn't order chicken I ordered Fish and shrimp. Tried to eat the chicken anyway and couldn't. Toughest piece of chicken I ever had.
