My issue isn't just with this subway but all three subways in Mt. Airy, this just happens to be the most recent location I've been to with an issue. It seems as prices go up, order accuracy goes down. My fiancee and I call in subway or go through the drive-thru a few times a month. At least half the time we get home, something is incorrect. I've voiced my concerns to corporate months ago and seeing the the other comments, this is an on going issue that needs addressing. I don't know what the systems are but they need improving. And seeing how every location has the same problems no matter how slow and clear you say your order, this seems to be an ownership, management, and process/system issue. The people working there are nice and pleasant to deal with and I understand if the tools they're given are sub-par then it makes it difficult to do their job correctly. Sometimes I do go inside or check the bag after the drive-thru to make sure everything is correct but I also would like to not have to check behind everytime. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the subways in this town need improving. Even when getting them to repeat the order, it's almost like they mess it up on purpose when you ask them to repeat the order back. We've already contacted 'corporate' about this issue, monthsss ago. Won't help. I feel like Bill cares more than they do, so here's your review. Get the orders correct. Maybe you should go back to clocking them while waiting in drive thru, secret shoppers (esp drivethru and call ins etc), and just doing the job you signed up to do, and made so much money with. I know that wasn't all you were doing when starting out, but goodness gracious please try retraining, or doing what you used to do a couple decades ago. Food is always fresh, not my concern. Read moreI was the only car in the drive-through and there was maybe one customer inside. I waited several minutes for anyone to take my order. I repeated my order twice (as requested) Another wait at the window to pay -- waited so long I was wondering if there was a problem inside. Finally, a young girl came to window and said that'll be 27.00 with the slow blink like, don't even complain about the wait. OK, checked the food and it was loosely and poorly wrapped so I took them out and rewrapped them snuggly for the drive home. The worst part was the Philly steak and cheese protein bowl I ordered. It looked nothing like the photo. It was a pile of cold, shaved steak with 3 triangles of cheese and that was it! What a mess. These people need training in more areas than one.
