Our experience at our hometown Mt Airy NC Mattress Warehouse began when we were pleasantly welcomed in by store manager, Lindsay Beal. Lindsay first invited us to participate in a scientific analysis of our individual sleep-comfort needs. After the analysis, we were given opportunities to actually experience and compare the comfort of each different recommended bed, (using a disposable, pillow-to-foot-sized bed-surface protector for each of us.) Lindsay took the time to let us “feel” the differences as she gave us very knowledgeable information on each of the 3 or 4 beds we tried, while answering any questions we had. Narrowing our choices then to find “the perfect bed for us”, we both agree, could not have been a more pleasant experience, which now leaves us anxiously awaiting delivery! We very highly recommended to all those shopping for their most comfortable new bed, Mattress Warehouse and Lindsay Beale were a “perfect fit” for us! Lindsay listened carefully to what we both liked and felt we needed in a new mattress. She paid close attention to the way our bodies looked as we tried different mattresses. Jamie was absolutely phenomenal. He answered every question we had plus more! Super friendly & knowledgeable! If my husband & I have to buy another mattress in the future, I sure hope he will still be working there!
