Where do I start?!?! At first all was okay took forever (she was friendly) so it was okay but they said they couldn't give a receipt. We were told the manager would give us one.. never got it. Then when we did it was handwritten without the pricing for the individual merchandise. Went in a day or two later and our phones were messing up so we were told to go to Winston on 3581 Patterson Ave. That's when it all went downhill. I asked them to fix my phone cuz it was shutting off by itself..The male customer service rep I believe his name was Scott said their tech wasn't in, but that he would look at it. Accused me of water damage that wasn't there. I told him it would be a waste of time it hasn't touched water. I said well we were told y'all could do it. He said well I'm not a tech. I said when will he be in. He then proceeded to tell me he comes in @ 9 but he goes in and out of the store. so he was unsure of the man's exact hours. I said I drove damn near a hour and I don't intend to do it again unless I know he's gonna be there. He said well I'll write down your number for him to call u ASAP and I said great. I said I just want this phone fixed. Well next to us was these 2 men from Paris (both black males) and their English wasn't great, but when I said I just want my phone fixed, one of them just said yeah and that same Scott customer service rep said "Okay that's enough from the peanut gallery" I told that customer. This is America you say what you please I don't give a damn what they or anyone else says don't ever let anyone be that rude to you. They have no right to treat you that way. Read moreAbsolutely the worst cell phone company ever. Switched & the girl wrote down all the information wrong & It was info on a driver's license, cell number taken from old phone. Ended up losing one of the 2 numbers because it was wrote down wrong & couldn't be ported because old phones were cut off at 12 the night I got new phones. Couldn't tell me which phone was mine & which was my son's. Wouldn't recommend this place to any body. Not to mention that the deals they have online are not available in the store. Yet it doesn't say that online. Overall a bad cell phone company. I also dont have any service at work,I work in the middle of town.Store doesnt open at all now,customer service said all they could do was file a complaint,was told to drive 45 minutes to a different store. They have my # held so I cant go somewhere else & keep my #. I really dont see why they are in business. Customer service isnt much help either,its like they dont hear or understand what you are saying. Not only did that store lose my business but I WILL NOT BE doing business with that store or any other metro store. The girl behind the counter was rude obnoxious and completely out of hand. When we call corporate after being belittled degraded and straight out cussed we were told they could not do anything with their employees.
