God love 'em. What can I say. Coming from the Chicagoland area we are used to going to a 'fast food restaurant' for 'fast food'. Now we live outside Nashville and am finding the WHOLE 'fast food' industry anything but! On this particular trip, I pulled in to the drive-thru, placed my order - twice!!! because they could not get it right the 1st time - and drove around to the one and only window operating at that time. FYI - there was no one ahead of me.as there anyone behind me this entire time. I waited 3-4 minutes for the cashier to come back to the window and collect my $$, repeating the order as a confirmation. However, the order that she repeated back to me was incorrect. They had to correct the order in system and correct the $$ charges (I owed $0.50 +/-). Now I waited a good 6-7 minutes for my food (remember - no one in front of me, no one in back - this was approx 10-10:15 am - well outside and 'rush' period). I get my order, verbally confirming the contents of the bag, and I leave. I decided, however, to pull over in the parking lot and double, no - triple check my order. I had ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal w/med fry and x-lg ice tea - no sugar, no lemon. They gave me 2 COLD cheeseburgers, with congealed cheese slices on them - plain - on a bun - no catsup, no pickle, no nothing! 1 med sweet tea w/lemon and an x-lg fry. No napkins, no condiments (nor did they ask if I wanted/needed them). I turned around to go back thru the drive-thru to exchange (I am going thru hip replacement surgery and cannot get in and out of the car easily, nor had I brought my walker along (for obvious reasons) so this is why I did not/could not walk into the store for the exchange). Now I have to battle them out at the window. The trip to Micky-D's (approx 4 min from my house) took almost 40 minutes. I'm not going to get into the attitude received by 'manager'...
Read moreThey get your order wrong every time and always leave home early if you're planning on stopping by this place because you'll be at the drive-thru at least 15-20 minutes. My husband went to this McDonalds to get something to eat since it was getting a little late and we were hungry they gave him the order all wrong but charged him for what he originally ordered we decided to just let it go because of how nasty the traffic is to get in or out of this place. Later today I went get some freaking fries (which they messed up earlier when my husband ordered) and a pie well, I was in the drive-through lane for over 10 minutes the two cars in front of me just left I drove to the speaker and I was literally yelling hello for a few minutes nobody answered, so I decided to pull over there was nobody at the window but I was able to see an employee at the break room just looking at the cars leave and another one either pretending to wash dishes or she was high as hell washing dishes she was moving extremely slow, I pulled over to the next window there was nobody at this point I was so mad I just took off. Pathetic excuse for...
Read moreMy husband went to place an order of sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a large black coffee. I have to advise he easily spends between $3-$11 a day for his breakfast. When he pulled up to the first window the “little girl” repeated the incorrect order to my husband, sighed to my husband as if the error was his. And besides that sigh and she had the audacity to roll her eyes at him. The “little girl” then brought the mgr in, who started to talk Spanish to my Brother-in-law when my husband was the customer. The manager did not seem to care that there was an issue but advised my husband there are other places he could take his business. We are seeing this behavior more often that some fast food places do not want to upset their employees but you need to address these concerns. A manager should understand and try to resolve the issue NOT SEND THE CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR SERVICE!
I would hope to see this matter resolved and some sort of follow up. And I am about a week late in reporting this horrible behavior due to a surgery I...
