I love Sports Academy usually and this was just one incredibly strange visit, and is something that should be worked on. We went in on the 23rd of December to return an item at 11:30 because they were open until midnight. So we did our business and instead of having two lanes open or at least a service desk they had one last doubt it all. Once again a place open until one time but actually acts like they close an hour earlier. (My big pet peeve). There were quite a few folks in line waiting to check out an quite a few in the store as well. So, we got it in line at 11:39 with our return and waited..... Everyone seemed to have trouble with their orders but finally there were only 5 us in line yay...Not! The computers shut down at 12:55, by then we we're sticking in there like a hair in a grilled cheese. By 12:10, the computers were just starting to come back on. Ok at 12:15 it was our turn, yay..... Not! The computer wouldn't put the money balance back on my card after the exchange. After two cashier's and two managers they just gave us cash (that they should have just done in the beginning).I should say all the employees were wonderful, they never lost their tempers, they didn't even get hiffy In conclusion, if a store or restaurant says they close at one time just know they are going to start the shut down process an hour before. Read moreThis academy has an efficiency problem. We stood in line to checkout for over 15 minutes while the cashier tried to find the price of an item for another customer. No other registers opened until we were next in line so we decided to wait. The cashier eventually found the item online but needed assistance keying in the code since she didn’t have glasses on. She finally finished checking them out and then announced to us and the 4 parties behind us that her register was closed. We then had to go to the back of another line and wait an additional 10 minutes. Usually I’m patient but the incompetency and poor customer service of this location needs to be addressed. I understand lines are long especially around this time of year and I would’ve been more understanding had the cashier announced to everyone in her line that she was closing it after she was done assisting the customer at her register. However, she saw everyone standing in her line for over 15 minutes and watched it grow longer and longer without saying a word. Had she said something along the lines of, “if everyone could move to another line, I will be closed after helping this customer. Please and thank you.” There would’ve been no issue. But this cashier was clueless and wasted everyone’s time without a thought. If you don’t have time to wait on people who can’t do their jobs, move on to...

I’ve never even had a warning for a speeding ticket! 🤷🏾♀️ Maybe it was the blue hair I have. Because I hate playing the race card!! I’m looking for winter football gear for my 6year and had to find what I could find on my own because I didn’t want to show how mad I was because every time I looked up they were straightening the all ready organized shelves by just “touching and patting” the clothes. Had 3 following me all around (not one asked if I needed help) til I pulled out my cash paid paid for my products .....then told them how disappointed I was.
