Wings and bake potato was what I ordered as takeout. Wings were not freshly cooked. 😡 They were extremely dry inside and out! They looked to have been reheated. Didn’t have that nice golden brown look or taste that they usually have. I was very disappointed of this location. The Restaurant was not overly crowded so I don’t understand why my wings were not fresh due to the amount of time I had to wait. I will not be ordering from this location again! I should have checked before I left the restaurant. I didn’t even smell the aroma of the food on my drive home and I thought that was strange. I wish Management would reach out and give me a complete refund. Money wasted😡

I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and to take advantage of my anniversary free appetizer. I ordered the t-bone ($25.79 for 18 oz.) cooked medium with a loaded potato, caesar salad and grilled wings to start. The large wings were moist, grilled nicely, and were accompanied by some really good blue cheese dip. The steak was cooked to the perfect temp. The filet was super tender while the NY strip although not as tender had a great flavor. Nashville has plenty of great steak houses in town (between $49 - $84 for 10 -18 oz depending on the cut), but for the price, quality and flavor I would give Longhorn's a try.

Joined some friends for late lunch, early supper. They took filet and spicy chicken, he had a Blue Moon with orange slice. My wife had the kids menu cheeseburger & fries. I had the chopped steak, covered in mushrooms, onions and gravy. I took a baked potato with butter, side salad. Salad was really good, cold. Potato was very good also, butter. Complementary bread & butter. The gravy did not compliment the rest of the meal. It was such a disappointment...out of place, out of character!...other than that, no issues. Could have been five stars as they had cloth napkins. Oh well,

We have always had great experiences at this steakhouse, so we decided to visit again on our 28th wedding anniversary. My wife orders from the gluten-free menu. Me- the regular menu. My wife orders the salmon, sweet potato (plain), and a salad with balsamic vinegarett on the side. The salad comes out drenched in dressing. Okay, but she did request the dressing on the side. No biggy. The salmon shows up next to a sweet potato loaded with butter, overflowing onto the plate. Plain was how she ordered it, so they brought her a plain sweet potato a few minutes later. To be clear- we are not complainers by any means, but now we've got two things wrong, and I haven't got my food yet. I ordered a massive ribeye medium-rare. The steak I received? How do I put this- maybe steak aficionados will understand. The more rare you order a steak usually indicates the thickness of the cut. Less done equals a thicker steak so you can cook the outside and achieve the doneness you're looking for. That's why well-done steaks are thinner- you can get them cooked well-done and not dry them out. But a ribeye that's all of 1/4" thick that's medium-rare? And stringy and grisly? Ugh. A steak that thin (at $30+ ) can barely hit the grill before you have to pull it. The beauty of a ribeye is the fat cooking into the meat for perfect flavoring! A 1/4" steak might get a minute on each side, if that, before it gets pulled. Out of the first 5 bites, 4 bites ended up in a napkin as it was too stringy to chew up and swallow. There was a butter sauce on top, and even that had a weird, bitter aftertaste. And I am a huge fan of butter even though I have to keep an eye on my intake! I make a better ribeye in a cast iron skillet, followed up by putting it in the oven for a few minutes. I made one last week that was ten times better, but past experiences at this restaurant were really good, so we gave it a shot. It feels like they're maybe under different management, as the women's bathroom had water all over the floor and was the most unclean my wife had ever seen there. Cleanliness is huge to her, and me too. Also, refills. We've never had to ask for refills before, but by the time we were finally asked if we needed anything, we were ready to go. So this once great favorite of ours is now on the "buy a steak and make it yourself" list. Not being mean, but for the price you pay- I expected better. Much better. Her salmon was on the dry side, too. Just realized I hadn't commented on that. My loaded potato was good, the bread was good, and the side salad (mine) was good, too. But the big ticket items- not so much. This place was once voted best restaurant in Mount Juliet- I hope it gets back to that. I'd love to visit it...

Not welcoming to large adult parties. no reservations, on 30 minute prior call ahead. food is typically extremely good for what you’re paying. past few times going we’ve had to send our steaks back for being over cooked, unfortunately. the fire grilled is awesome- we get it monthly. after our last visit we may not come back, we went as a group of 10 for a birthday celebration, and due to the lack: of atmosphere, music, and people, we were definitely the loudest people in there- not on purpose- just there was 10 us talking all at once lol —anyway, we got there at 6:30 and everyone had 2-3 drinks (primarily wine) in the span of 2 hours, at 8:30 our server cut off the WHOLE table from ordering any more alcohol without any reason, (HE DID NOT ID ANYONE) even though 2 new people had just sat down and had to plea a case to even get a water?? after we were told we were cut off our server disappeared for the remainder of the night and no more service was granted besides from the very confused, and embarrassed looking manager who gave no explanation for what we were told, even though they didn’t close for another hour and a half and 3 other 5+ person parties were present. after this we went to another restaurant to continue our celebration and tipped their service worker VERY WELL for simply not being disrespectful to a somewhat rowdy crowd

We had a party of 12 plus a baby. Be expected to wait an hour regardless with little area to wait for your table. We all opted to stay in the car until they called us. We got there early and called. When they called tobstay our table was ready, Then when we went in they told us 15-20 more minutes....which made no sense we would have stayed outside for 12 and a baby to stand in the tiny waiting area. It was my moms birthday, they brought her a Sunday amd WE sang happy birthday since i guess they dont anymore. Which may be just a thing everyone doesnt do these days. Our waiter was kind, patient and very good at her job. We had about 4 checks between everyone. We tipped 12 bucks plus what everyone else did. She did a great job and my family isnt the easiest to impress. Wish I got the waitresses name, she got everything right ,refills offered multiple times. Appetizers were hot and crunchy and perfect. We are vegetarian so not much for us to eat but mushrooms, fried onion and a baked potatoe filled me and hubby up . We may actually come back for that. Great job! I know with staffing issues the waits are longer but they need help communicating to waiting parties. Like maybe a beeper that lights up? Or a text message system to cut down on angry waiting hungry people. Thanks for making my moms...
