Waffle House — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

Waffle House at Mt.Juliet Tennessee. This Waffle House is just like any other Waffle House out there. They have the same setup and everything. It’s nothing really special about it.

As soon you enter the Waffle House. The employees welcome you inside the diner. Before you sit down, they had a guy named Michael cleaning off the table before you sit down and the table was really clean. We sat down and the waiter came over. Just like any other Waffle House but this waiter was amazing! She was so nice and welcoming. She said to us that we are beautiful and liked our eye brows. That literally made our day! Her name was sunshine and that is a lovely name.

She got our food order, which was the all-star breakfast and side of biscuits and gravy. I also got an orange juice. Cost me around $18.00 plus a $10.00. The food was delicious and the eggs with cheese always hit home run out of the park. We did enjoy the food! Everything was so good.

The place was clean and Michael did so good to make sure the tables was spotless. I really think this was best Waffle House I have ever seen with being clean. Like good job!! They was so busy but it didn’t look like being busy at all with being so clean!

The customer service was fantastic! Like I said in my previous comment above, Sunshine was amazing! She was so sweet. Thank you Sunshine for your hospitality. That can make sure one day even better! The other workers, I didn’t get to interact but they was at hard at work. They was so organized.

We highly recommend this location. We also encourage going during the mid-day because the location does get busy in the morning time. Great job Waffle...

On Saturday, March 27 around 2:00 a.m., I accompanied two of my friends to order some food from (Waffle House on 326 S Mount Juliet Rd, Mount Juliet, Tennessee) and received substandard service. When we approached the counter to place our order, we were greeted by a friendly and competent young long-haired brunette employee. She promptly informed us that the manager would only allow all orders to be "to go". I replied that this was fine and asked if we could sit at the countertop to place our order. About five minutes later, a middle aged short-haired brunette employee emerged from the back to inform us that we "you can't be sitting here". Mind you she was using a most uninviting voice with deplorable body language. Instead of being meant to feel like customers, we were treated like unwanted visitors in a restricted area. Directly after dismissing us, the short-haired employee turns to the customer that just walked in and says in her kindest voice "I'll be right with you sir". She had a bright smile on her face, in contrast to the hostility she had toward us. When we saw the preferential treatment that the gentleman received, we immediately left. It is safe for me to say that I will not be visiting this establishment again and will try my best to deter anyone else from visiting this...

A friend and I ate at this Waffle House about a month ago. When my bank statement came I realized they had charged me more than I had written on my receipt. I went up there, spoke with the manager, and showed him my receipt and statement and asked to see their copy of the receipt to see if I could find where the problem was. He said that he couldn't find it and that maybe the district manager had it and if I'd leave my contact information with him then he would have him contact me. I waited about 5 days and didn't hear anything from either of them so I called back up there and the manager proceeded to accuse me of trying to get money back from all of the Waffle Houses in Wilson County. I told him that I had only contacted the South Mt. Juliet road location and I would not be accused of stealing when the only reason I'm having to speak with him again is because of either his negligence to keep his receipts or because he's trying to cover for an employee who is stealing. Long story short I called the corporate office and they refunded the entire bill. There is no excuse for running me around in circles for a week and not allowing me to see their copy of the check. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but this whole experience has rubbed me...
