Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

…I run on Dunkin ☕️ and I mean it. I have to have my Dunkin XL cup of coffee every AM. It’s significantly important that my coffee is made just perfect. I look forward to that 1st sip ‘ahhh so good’ feeling every AM. I mean, my coffee has to have the right temperature, the right amount flavor(s) shot and cream is as it should be. Can’t mess that up. I’d drive across town to this Dunkin because the staff here, preps my coffee just PERFECT, EVERY TIME! No joke. I pull around the-drive through give them my name for the ON-the-Go order… line moves quickly, coffee is handed to me with care and a pleasant greeting… and I feel like I’m a VIP … they way they deliver the services here, at this store! Certainly, I’m not the only customer but they make me feel like I am. The team inside the store seems to coordinate their tasks so well, from ordering to receiving my order is a breeze! This Dunkin just opened near my home. I realize they will need some time to work out some kinks but I’ve been coming here for a few months now and things are still horrible. My order is almost always wrong and the employees are typically rude and have no clue what they’re doing. I just sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I eventually said something, told them I was picking up a mobile order and was told to pull around and when I got to the window, they said they never got my order. They eventually found the slip (2 orders of everything bagel minis) and I got 2 orders of plain minis. I was late for work at this point so I just took them and left. This is a new Dunkin near my home. I was so excited when it opened but it did not take long for my excitement to disappear. For the last 4 weeks I have asked for chai latte, and they have been out of it.every time. I stopped in one day and they had chai, but no milk. One day I wound up with coffee rather the. Chai latte which meant I had to go back to the Dunkin. They were very apologetic for the mistake, but none the less I was late for work.
